Review 1：around 10pm theres a ;oud noise like ppl knoking the door or bend something not once ard 3 am too.then power trip.Rooms like ering if stay alone.Nite cant sleep well.lucky one nite.

Review 2：The rooms were very dirty and noisy, there was no hot water, once we arrived then they did air con cleaning.mini bar refrigerator not working. Very least items was placed for breakfirst, Very fed up with the facility and service.they did not give shuttle service to Jetty.

Review 6：It is the best way to describe old and unmanaged hotel. Bed full of stains, insect, mosquitos at night, breakfast was horrible, water was a little bit brown color

Review 8：The hotel doesn't have any bar. On the Internet wifi page,it stated that there is a bar with 30% off.how can a hotel doesnt have a bar? It's the basic. The room had spider,ants and mosquitos. We all got bites all over our body. There's no room service to tidy our bed in the afternoon or evening.they will just knock on ur door in the morning while some of us are sleeping to ask for room service. But did not come after that.

Review 9：The staff were friendly and great. Swimming pool and gym.

Review 10：Accommodation less than ideal in cleanliness. Kettle was mouldy on the inside with ants crawling around as well. Wardrobe was very old with many unsightly stains. Toilet bowl was old with marks as well. Air-con was not cooling & didn't seem to be circulating air at all although we put it to 16 degrees (the lowest) the whole night. The 2nd night we requested for maintenance and observed that it was because the filter was too dirty, thus air was mot not circulating through. The air felt much cooler after the filters were cleaned. Transport to the shopping area was supposed to come at 12pm but came at 1240 instead.

Review 11：Able to experience a bit of local life with street stores & durian place nearby. Locals we met were friendly & helpful in translation too.

Review 12：Firstly the ferry pick up the person waited for us far away from the terminal as we need to ask ard to look for him. Secondly the front desk staff are very unfriendly. We did ask her(didnt get to know her name)to help us book taxi for us the next morning, but appreantly they ask us to flag a cab outside the hotel ourself. But i will like to express my gratitude towards Susilo for the service rendered to us. He volunteer to drove us ard as he just finish his shift dat day. Greatly appreciates his friendliness and kindness. May i know is it possible for us to have his contact no? For future if we we were to travel to tanjung pinang again.. thanks.

Review 14：1. Front office staff bad manner. We nearly came to argument as the staff not willing to stop. I took her photo incase management need to clarify which staff. 2. Room cleaning service was late even after we called at 2pm the cleaning staff came at 3.30pm. 3. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7am. As we came at 7am the plates were all empty. It took long time for them to replenish the food. Poor food selection and no staff clearing empty and used plates on tables. No manager on duty we could reach to complain. 4. All stair cases in order to reach the lobby or rooms. No staff on standby to help old guess climbing the staircase with their baggages.

Review 16：The transfer to pick us up at the Ferry Terminal. No compensate from the staff or management level. As you need to know, am someone in hotel industries though so the lacking of communication, arranging & customer really need to level up to professionalism. Thank You.

Review 78：The staff was really nice, approachable and friendly. There's a supermarket just infront of the hotel just in case you want to buy food supplies. There's a nearby seafood eating place called Hong Brother Seafood and BBQ, seafood dishes are delicious. Good housekeeping, everyday tidy up the room can request to change towels everyday.

A laid back kind of hotel.always choose the bungalow withpool view.easy access to the lobby and obviously the pool and gym. Spaservice is at ur fingertips.Just dial the extension and staffs willappear at ur doorstep. Make friends with the locals and one will knowthe actual crooks and corners of the island and be surprised with what ucan find.Be it for self entertainment or family wise.

Review 82：The room is dirty,bed sheet is old and full of stain. Find hair under the sheet. Bed is make a noise everytime you move.n its not only 1 bed but both of the twin bed.extra bed even worse.it come with very old matrass that make the same noise.its ugly! We saw when they assembly.consider we request this in advanced. Spa n gym to near each other causing whn you check in to the spa it doesn't feel like in spa.

The staff was pathetic except few inthe reception, couldn't understand basic English, we struggled alot. The vicinity was always full of noise, lot of local youngstersspecially around the swimming pools made our day a hell. Another issuewas mosquitos inside the room and when we complained the receptionist (male, on 09th Aug.) was just making fun of us with his colleague in thelocal language.The Bed was broken, luckily we managed without any damageto our spine...again my humble request to booking team to ensure yourguys review and inspect the hotels before suggesting to the tourists.really a bad experience for us..never ever to this hotel again...wasted my hard earned money...am sorry guys Rob& Ancy from Singapore ( stayed in this hotel from 09th to 11th Aug. @ room no# 507)

Review 86：-Bedsheet is quite dirty, got stains. -Aircon need long time to cooldown the room. -Got dust on the table, even the minibar area inside theroom. -No tooth brush provided. -Internet wifi very poor receptioninside the room, just in the lobby can receive. -The lobby very smelly,got people smoking. -Breakfast is not nice. -Location is very far fromseaside, need to take one hour and half taxi, s$60. -If you are atraveller walking there, u will feel very awkward, caz the people theresee u looks like O.o -donot have maps of the city in the hotel. -Donothave any attactive area. -Overall is a very bad experience as atraveller.

On the phone they lied and told us it was ok, but when we arrived they came up with some lie to explain it had to be fixed.- The food at the restaurant is terrible. - Most of the staff does not speak English. - The price is really expensive compared to the quality of the rooms. - The SPA service and the massages are a huge joke. We got a massage but it was terrible! - The swimming pool eventually opened the day before we left, but the water was really really dirty. - If you take a bungalow next to the swimming pool, you can expect to hear horrible and loud music all day long!
