Villa Marija sells fast on our site. Villa Marija is set on a hill above Podgora. Review 1：Nothing, except minor wi-fi problems for upper apartments, but, on the end, who wants to escape from civilization, at such a lovely and lonely spot and request for such a trivial thing as internet. :-)

Review 3：You would need a car to enjoy your stay. Too far out of town to walk. Steep narrow roads with hairpin bends in the area may take a little skill to enjoy the drive. Ok though once you have driven a couple of times
Review 4：Lovely Apartment. Ideally situated to travel along the Dalmatian Coast. A short drive down to the town. Podgora has lots of good restaurants and bars. The beach is Pebbly but clean - lovely clear sea. Boat trips to Hvar and Brac from harbour

Review 11：We booked a Luxury one bedroom apartment with sea view and balcony for 4 people for 1 night, it looked Ok at first, but we realized later it was neither luxury nor having any view (window for BBQ). I suppose we got wrong/much worse apartment with broken sofa bed in the kitchen. It was completely different than on the pictures and much smaller then promised 50 meters. For one night it was rip off, for longer stay it would be a disaster, not to mention the lack of basic stuff (3 plates, 2 spoons, etc)

Review 13：Lack of initial communication explaining precise location. We found it but the final stretch is very narrow and so I walked before I drove to the house. Once you make one trip next is easy. It is just this first one when you don't know what to expect around the corner, which scared me a little.

The smell of the pine trees and the sound of crickets combined with the fantastic view of Adriatic Sea and the island of Hvar make this a very special place to stay. Very well appointed apartment with a lovely swimming pool.

You have a beautifull views on Adriatic see and if you want to go to the beach its just few minutes with the car. Walking cca 20 min.The place is new, beautifull with all you need.
Review 31：The road is hard and the place is not so close to Podgora, so there might be some difficulties in reaching the city. Also at the time we visited the place there was no internet but this is to be fixed soon :)
