Review 1：Beds and room decor need to be updated.
Review 2：Very nice rural location, great restaurant, friendly owners. We had an excellant meal at the on site restaurant.
Review 3：Must drive on winding, narrow roads up a tall hill to get to propertywhich takes a long time. On the map, it appears to be near Siena, butthe winding, narrow roads make the drive a longer than expected one. Wasnot able to use my Samsung tablet with the WiFi that was available. Twoother people there (one employee and one visitor) tried to connect mytablet and none of us could get it connect to WiFi. So, I could not letmy family in usa know that I had arrive safely in Italy.
Review 4：The view of the surrounding countryside is beautiful. Property issurrounded by vineyards and olive groves which are common in Tuscany.Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our visits to Siena and Florence,but would stay in a B&B or hotel that was closer to one of thecities next time.
Review 5：Booking.com information regarding AC was misleading. This villa has only a few, air-conditioned apartments. Even though, the owners were helpful enough to sort this situation out.
Review 6：Fantastic location, atmosphere and personnel. I would especially like to distinguish Sauro, the owner, who was always very helpful and full of good tips for sight-seeing. Gusi, our good spirit at villa, was very kind with good command of English, always with the best recommendations for food and wine.

Review 12：Not a particularly friendly welcome at this hotel. Request for single beds (made on booking) was not answered or fulfilled. Demand for payment up front before even getting to see our room, even though we were clearly tired after having travelled a long way to get there.
