Review 1：The location, although close to Potato Head and W Resort isn't the best location on seminyak. The Square and most hotspots are a taxi ride away. The room we got was also overlooking the driveway which wasnt nice but it was a free upgrade soooo...

Review 2：The hospitality and attention to detail was exceptional. The property is stellar and the facilities are superb. The staff is very warm and helpful. The rooms are beautiful.

Review 5：No real issues, only thing is considering its brand new some of the finish of the property was surprisingly poor. Didn't detract from the stay though.

Review 6：Great location on the beach, potato head and W next door one way and ku de ta the other. The main shopping/ restaurant/bar area short walk away. Beach front nicest stretch of seminyak, away from crowds and hawkers. Beach bar and pools so nice and relaxed.

Review 7：The TV set in the room does not live up to the standard of the room. The wet corridor during rain. WiFi is so yesterday, slow. And breakfast can be improved significantly, i see great potential with that million dollar view and excellent servicd, but the ala cart concept doesn't work.

Review 12：This is a brand new resort with spectacular infinity pools, stunning sunset views, spacious comfortable rooms, and young staff that is eager to please the guests. The food at the restaurant includes local dishes as well as healthy options and the breakfast is generous and delicious. Don't miss a guided tour to Tanah Lot temple. The bar is the place to be for the sunsets.

Review 16：the staff at the pool/sun bathing sofa, when we get there at the pool, the staff told us the empty sofas has been booked by foreigner guests..i said what's wrong with me local guest, i pay to stay at this hotel too..and would like to enjoy the facilities.. and i told to the staff, as far as i remember,it's first come first serve for the sofa..after that the supervisor came and talk to the staff..and welcomed us to seat at sofas..this thing can ruin the mood of the guests.. but other than that..it's very nice

Review 18：too many kids in the pools, the hotel needs to have a kids free pool one of the infinity pools would be ideal. more beach umbrellas need plastics glasses so you can drink near or in the pool area.

Review 24：Nothing overly bad - I think because it's new I experienced a few teething issues (door lock kept breaking). I had a garden view room which looked over at the moment what is a construction area but most of that should improve as the hotel gets more settle I imagine
