Review 1：Everything was great! The view was beautiful, the room was perfect and spotless, and the staff were great. We also loved breakfast and dinner. I would absolutely stay there again.

Review 7：We loved the location and easy access to surrounding countryside. Great value. Parking was spacious with easy access. Breakfast was excellent. We ate three dinners here which we thought were the best three meals we ate during our 3 weeks in Italy. Staff was outstanding as well. Not sure what the GPS complaints from other posters are about. Some GPS systems may not recognize the street address, but it is not hard to find. Use the GPS Lat/Long coordinates (provided on your Booking.com confirmation print out) and it will take you directly to the property.
Review 8：Pay attention and maybe write better GPS data of location instead of adress: we didnt find it by our navigantion sistem, we used google map. But all other things overwhelmed the first distress.

Review 10：We didn't like the small bathtub with handheld shower head vs a regular shower or tub with shower. I ended up using the bathroom in my son and daughter-in-law's room so it ended up being fine. Next time I would be more specific in my request.
Review 11：Staff were excellent as well as the restaurant. Chef is very good and prices reasonable. We stayed 3 days and there were lots of places to visit nearby, although you need a car. It was my husband's birthday while we were there and the staff/owners did something for us that was greatly appreciated.
Review 12：The picturesque setting of Villa was spectacular including restaurant overlooking the Tuscan landscape. Great breakfast with homemade baked goods and assortment of cheeses, cold cuts, eggs etc.

Review 15：There are a lot of mosquitos, prepare yourselves! Also rent a car!! It's about 40euro for a taxi there and back. If you have a car you can explore the country side.

Review 17：Nothing but could have turned out really bad because original room assigned had no mosquito screen. Fortunately, they do have a few rooms that do have them and we were moved. Advise anyone contemplating this property to request a room with a screen if flies and insects are an issue.

Review 21：The only drawbacks, which in no way outweighed the numerous benefits, were that the bed was a little too hard and the pillows were way too puffy. Luckily, we had both brought our own travel pillows since this is a common problem in many hotels.
Review 22：We had a room on the third floor facing the countryside. We loved our view. Meals were served outside on the patio with a beautiful view. Breakfast was a huge delicious spread. Dinners were excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to wineries and cute small towns. Excellent value.

Review 28：1. The shower in the room was awful. it was sprinkling every where and there was just the shower curtain which did not help and also was sticking to us while showering. 2. We were shown 2 rooms to choose from and they both were very small. 3. Facilities very outdated, and dusty. not all is cleaned well. 4. Bed was too soft for us, more felt like a trampoline then a bed. 5. Also the light in the room is very poor which makes it impossible to read. Changing a bit the shower facilities and the light will make a big difference.

Excellent restaurant (especially the risotto and the tiramisu!) with beautiful views. Easy to get to Sienna and the Chainti wineries by car, no traffic even in August. This was a really relaxing 3 night stay at the start of our family holiday in Italy. Highly recommended.

Clean bathroom and direct access to pool . Restaurant on site with great food at reasonable prices . We had three dinners there out of 4 night stay. The veal bistecca was superb . The view of Tuscan hills in the changing light of the setting sun from the restaurant is hard to rival. The breakfast spread was sumptuous given the price you pay for. great care and service from owners and staff . great value indeed .
Review 52：This hotel on the southern fringe of the Chianti region.. Very nice wineries close to the place.. It's beautiful out here at sunset. The staff is very very helpful and sweet. We had a lovely stay here. A tip - If you are able to book the room with a view .. it will be worth the extra money because the property is well located for a typical view of rolling tuscan hills.

Review 56：This wonderful house is situated in the perfect location in Tuscany, and has everything a traveller may want. We have decided for this guesthouse as a sleepover on our way to Rome, and now regret that we did not plan a longer stay here. The staff is helpful, was ready to check us in late. Breakfast is amazing (variety and quality), and the scenery for dinner and breakfast is simply breathtaking. Dinner is served quickly and the food is great. And the swimming pool in the morning was a dream come true. Had a wonderful time and would recommend to all!

The bathroom was clean but small and had a tiny bathtub and shower set-up. Bathroom lacked standard amenities you would find in an American hotel. I would bring my own facecloth, soap and shampoo. Wifi was not operational at times which could be easily fixed.

The room was quiet throughout our stay. We had an enjoyable evening Tuscan meal. The breakfast was superb with fresh breads, cheese, meats and fruit. Superlative breakfast. They had a beautiful pool which we did not use. The views from the hotel were also excellent. This B&B is convenient to Siena and the Chianti wine country making it a desirable location.

Dinner is good for the price (worth to have it one night). Confort and silence of the room is very good. Bathroom also good. Gardens and swimming pool clean! Great location for tuscan´s day trips.
