Review 1：Hi there, I stayed in the Parnell studio with my partner for a few days. It was beautifully furnished and the location was perfect for us. It was so easy to access the city centre via public transport and there is also private parking at the back for anyone who bring a car. Tim and Grainne were wonderful hosts and couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend staying here.
Review 2：Beware of the €50 extra cleaning charge that we were not aware of when we arrived,our total was €400 for 2 nights, unknown to us there was (in tiny writing) a statement on the confirmation e-mail saying €50 clening fee excluded, what does that mean? Excluded from what? Very deceptive.

Review 4：no bad points but a small mention on web site giving directions from tram would help simply turn right from tram cross at pedestrian cross over, first house past school would be enough

Review 6：Very old fashioned (some People would say desolate) house. Not very comfortable to sleep for 4 People in separat rooms, small beds. It is advertised and was offered as a Villa which it is definitly NOT. This house is not worth the money!

Review 8：Didn't drive to city centre for fear of traffic conditions and not sure how easy to park. Easy a few minutes walk to tram station to get to city centre. But tram fare not cheap, about 20 euros round trip for the 4 of us.
