Review 1：Not a minus but just a comment: Breakfast not entirely on our taste but you can always find something.
Review 2：Very nice hotel, conveniently located in the city center, just outside the ZTL (10 m away). The hotel is run by a family , offering free parking and nice breakfast. The room was cleaned daily and staff is very friendly (we asked for beach towels and something against mosquitoes and they offered us both). If we will be back, we'll stay again
Review 3：The whole Lucerna team made me feel very welcome, I felt like at home. The location was excellent, the beautiful Maremma beaches closeby, bicycles were available for free and the breakfast was rich and included everything to provide energy for the day. Mille grazie a tutti!
Review 4：This is a really lovely hotel right in the heart of the mediaeval town and just a 5 minute walk from the beach. It's clean and modern and the staff are really friendly. Lovely touches such as bicycles to borrow and umbrellas for random thunderstorms meant the experience outweighs 3 stars.
Review 5：Location of hotel to beach, transport, shops and restaurants was excellent. Room very clean and well presented. Breakfast good. Free use of bike was great. Attached restaurant was very nice and they waive the service charge for hotel guests. Lovely common areas to enjoy. All in all a great ace to stay and very good value for money. Definitely recommend.

Just keep in mind that it's not really beach hotel, it's nice for several nights as a base to explore but i wouldn't spend 2-weeks beach holiday there
