Review 1：Absolutely the only complaint is that there were too many Americans! We love to be immersed in Italian culture, but the staff must be careful to speak first in Italian, then understand and speak perfect English. They are accustomed to the flow of Americans and Brits.

Review 2：This part of Tuscany is breathtaking (we have been to many other locations) and the borgo itself is magnificently restored. The staff was obviously instructed to meet our every need, and the food was excellent. The breakfast alone was worth the trip.

Review 3：The gourmet restaurant is extreemly over priced and the food is not good at all. We would not recommend it. The smaller restaurant is OK, although also over priced

Review 4：The hotel was beautiful, staff amazing friendly and super helpful, the grounds are clean and well taken care of and the hotel is so big you do not feel the other guests. I would highly recommend this hotel, but try to eat somewhere else that was the only disapointment

Review 5：The rooms are significantly smaller than in the hotel description. Our superior room did not have 35sqm as advertised, rather 25, like a standard room. Avoid the Terazza restaurant. Low quality of food, not meeting relais&chateaux standards!

Review 21：It is a true relais and chateaux and the service is impeccable. The location is easy drive to many Tuscan activities, and the grounds (some 600 acres) are full of vinyeards for the guests to enjoy. They also have bikes and mopeds available.

The main restaurant served the best beef we've ever had and deserves 2 Michelin stars. Special thanks to Maitre'D and Head Chef for unbelievable attention to detail and exceptional quality. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated and maintained.
