Review 1：1) sound proof is extremely bad. 2) safety is a concern for solo traveller if room is without the door latch. 3) shower area of RM 507 have be frosted since there is a latch.

Review 8：A lot of really easy/cheap things can be done that would drastically improve the experience of this hotel especially visually, which namely comes down to maintenance. It could REALLY do with a fresh paint, especially around the pool areas. Everything is just starting to look really grubby, from inside the lifts, rooms, and mainly pool area. Plus a lot of rust becoming evident such as on the legs of the sun beds and other furniture, mirrors in the bedrooms. Its not a old hotel but is already looking that way. Towels in the room are very grey instead of white... Maybe replace with light blue towels and this problem won't reoccurr. For the price of our stay it was still a good experience and think does represent value, but if the above items were given attention we would be more inclined to stay again or recommend. The gym is very small, only 2 treadmills and one weights station, and 1 X cross trainer. Pool area isn't big but provides a mix of shade (AM) and Sun (PM) but not many sun beds. We had another trip booked for May and had already booked here for that, we considered changing but as other friends/family have already booked too, we will come back, but have upgraded our room for the next trip to lift the experience a little more.

Review 9：Great location & lovely staff, compliments also to the staff that clean the rooms they do a great job. The bed and pillows were also really comfortable which was fantastic as I often have trouble with this at hotels. Good large shower with rain head and a hand held head.

Review 12：Our room was under the pool and it was quite loud with I'm assuming it was the sound of the pool filter/cleaner early on Sunday morning and it was quite noisy at night from bars across the road, but it was nothing that would deter us from staying there again.

Review 16：For us, the biggest problem is the pool. The pool area is completely covered, meaning there is no place to tan. I really don't understand why a roof top pool would be designed like this. It is a real shame, because we would make this our hotel of choice based on rooms, location and staff however because of this we will not return to this hotel because my wife and I both enjoy lying in the sun to relax on holiday.

Review 17：The rooms were excellent, very well set out and clean. Both 'meja' and 'single malt' are excellent for the rainy bali days, and the location could not be better.

Review 18：Could put some hangers in the bathroom for wet swimsuits/beach towels. Reception staffs can be more friendly. Resto staffs are better than the reception.

Review 20：Laundry facility was not available at any time, eventhough it says "express service with extra costs" Luckly we found laundry (ourselves) near the hotel, dropping in at an early morning and delivered to our hotel just before we checked out, and that is called an express service We had dinner (steak). the meats were not fresh and the sauce was so salty.

Review 30：The airconditioning in our room (701, the club suite) wasn't working properly. After an hour or so of operating, it would not get cold anymore. My sister and I woke up sweating in the middle of the night, and it was also very difficult to get ready before going out in the morning because we were sweating profusely. I asked the staff everyday to check the airconditioning, but for some reason, nothing changed. The mood lighting in the room was excessive, so it was not so easy to properly see things, like if you were putting on makeup to get ready for a night out.

Review 34：Each room was modern and clean. The bathroom has a glass wall that opens to a area with natural light and hotel lights. You have to ask for the lights to be turned off by a hotel technician otherwise there is a bright light beaming into the room all night very similar to a sunrise.

Review 47：We booked for the club suite on room 701. To our disappointment the room was facing directly to the major road and the noise was simply unbearable. We tried explaining to the front desk at 12am if they could shift us to another room but was told they are fully booked for the night. The noise persist and we tried calling at 1am , this time we told them that we will be paying for the club suite and hope they could shift is to a lower tiered room which was facing the pool. They immediately got us a room.

Review 48：No comment I'll let u be the judge, seems other travels did not appreciate my freedom of right to have the communal air con on 23, to circulate the aroma in the dorm the previous night, As the topic of the morning upon stuffing his wrinkled belongs in a bag is that air con is not needed in Indonesia. So having the air con without a debate was a big highlight,he repeated himself about how he enjoys damp sweaty environments it was pleasant to not be under some sort of regime as it didn't really pan his way out as history shows

Review 50：Over designed and had a few flaws :) Funky glass wall separating the bedroom and toilet - that left nothing to the imagination (I love my husband, but I would love to keep the romance!). Relatively quiet given the location, but noise from traffic, party crowd and bars still audible (bring ear plugs).

Review 51：Awesome location right in the middle of Seminyak. Great staff, lovely rooms and amazing pool on the roof deck (Level 7). Interesting and funky design. Walk to all the shops and restaurants.

Review 52：The location of Ize was awesome, as it was central in Seminyak, which meant it was in walking distance to boutiques, bars, restaurants, markets and even the beach. The facilities were wonderful, as we enjoyed the rooftop pool for a relaxing and refreshing swim. Our deluxe room was modern, spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing me with a good night's sleep each night. The mini bar was replenished daily, and this meant that I didn't need to purchase soft drinks or water to bring back to the room. Toiletries were provided and also replaced daily. Our whole experience was wonderful, and it was the staff who were the true stars, as they were friendly, helpful and welcoming. From the security staff to the cleaners, they were wonderful! Would definitely return to Ize in the future and am recommending them to family and friends!

Review 53：The hotel does not have any open garden areas and the pool area is on the roof. This seems typical however for the location which is very much "inner city".

Review 73：My room (a deluxe double) was large and airy. The bed was comfortable but it looked out onto a construction site. I didn’t hear any from this, it was just a little ugly to look at. The pool is nice but the sundeck doesn’t really get much sun so not great if you are looking to sunbathe. There’s a small gym on the lower floor – just a few pieces of equipment. It was fine for me when I was in their by myself but was immediately cramped with 2 people in there. Staff were very friendly and helpful; kindly contacting the boat company to confirm a pick up that a friend had arranged, and arranging an early packed breakfast for me. The bar at the front of the hotel is nice with a good mojito selection (special offers too). Breakfast was served in the same bar and was a decent selection. The fresh cooked eggs were great. Service overall at the hotel was attentive (but not intrusive) throughout. A good hotel, at a reasonable price, right in the middle of town just a short walk from shops, restaurants and bars.

Review 79：The location of this hotel is perfect, it's right on 'Eat Street' and about 15 minutes walk to the beach. It's easy to find so all taxi drivers will get you there. No balcony and not a nice view from room Pool was biggest disappointment as its on the roof, mostly under shade with practically nobody in it and no atmosphere. It's not a good pool to take children to as there are large gaps on the pool fence that toddlers could squeeze through and the surrounding fence is climable for kids with a huge drop to the ground. Other things to think about is the noise from band playing downstairs or in Soho bar across road is very loud making it difficult to sleep.

The mini bar was for free, which is a little unusual but we definitely enjoyed it. The FOOD was definitely EXCELLENT! We had room service for dinner and for lunch the following day, we decided to eat at the hotel's restaurant. They have a selection of healthy dishes and scrumptuous burgers and more!

Review 118：The only thing we didn't like was the roof top pool. Unfortunately it doesn't get any sun as it is covered partly by a roof, so if your wanting to lay around the pool & get a tan on your holidays then this isn't the place for you.

Breakfast was good and each morning a different spread. The room was good - clean, comfy and loved having aircon after a big day out in the Bali heat.

Review 134：The noise level at night was sooooo bad it kept is all up. We had a 3 children with us & at 4am the noise from across the road was so bad, there's no insulation in the walls. The booking was made with children they shouldn't have put us in that room. But expensive for an extra child for breakfast considering what your paying for a room
