Review 6：Exactly what you envision in a Tuscany Villa resort. Beautiful grounds, lovely clean pool, and a view across the valley of hilltop towns, steeples, with olive groves and vineyards as far as you can see. Great location for exploring the area and very helpful staff. Very nice restaurant on the property was a huge plus.

Review 12：The air conditioning in the room worked but did not make the room cool enough for us....but then we were from Canada and are use to cooler rooms. The bed comfort was okay, not great. We were in the separate 2 bedroom villa with a sitting room downstairs.

Review 13：The scenery, pool, lounge areas, breakfast, spectacular views, service was amazing. You can see Siena in the distance while sitting in the lounge area over looking rolling hills.

When you came morning 7:30 you will find every plates with full of breakfast ingredients but if you came one hour later you have to look at dirty table because staff have a lot to do and they don't have time to pick dirty dishes up and send it to kitchen. Breakfast is only not big range you can find there poor scrambled eggs some not good looking sausage, some jams ( which should be home made ), there is a lot of honey factory but hey served honey in sachets !!! It is Michelin. Fruits - morning you could find quite interesting fruit salad but one hour later there was only waste of salad and none going to refill !!! Capuccino - poor, espresso - only ok. they do not have passion for resort. Lunch time - open lunch time bar is till 3 pm so like Italy it is so good. Quality of meal nothing more than ok. My opinion they do not understand kitchen and same staff are waiters, barista, and prepare breakfast and lunch. It is not good when they have restaurant which wish herself to reach Michelin star ?????

Review 15：It is really nice quiet resort although I can't give them max points because they are recommended by Michelin and costed not low money so my expection is also higher. Poor free wifi, swimming pool quit big with enough sunbeds, besides swimming pool and possibilities to rent a bike there is nothing more. Staff was kind and professional but not top.

Review 26：I have worked in hospitality industry for a quite period. And travel a lot all over the world. Certainly I have some standards to value a hotel. I highly recommend this resort to those who are serching a countryside hotel which is well maintained and maneged, with still high standards even though it in somewhere nowhere. Stunning view when you look out from the windows. Room is really clean with warm cute countryside design, and doesn't feel it as small as 15 sq. Bathroom is also clean and neat. Not only the shower is good, but also the drainage works well. It also uses good quality linens. Restrant in the resort is a highlight. The executive chef makes Tuscany food but in fusion style. When we are a bit tired of repeated local food everyday, this is absolutely an astonishment. Can tell from what you eat that the chef loves food. The reception manager is really helpful for all the information you want around Siena area. This resort is worth well its value. Enjoyed the peace and comfort there!

Review 76：Travellers might note that it can be hard to find. From the 4 lane east of Siena, you go north about 4 kms to Castelnuovo. Upon entering Castelnuovo, you make about 3 left turns. Roads are poorly marked, but you want the road to Pianella. The last left turn is unmarked, but you go between two building each having a zebra striped reflector sign on the wall at about chest height. Once on the road to Pianella, it is only about 5 kms, and easy to see at the left edge of the road. If you go much farther away from Castelnuovo, turn around and come back and start over again. You can not find the hotel by looping around, it you have taken the wrong road from Castelnuov.

Review 80：I requested a room with a view as portrayed in your website and receiveda reply from Cinzia that she would be happy to do so. Of course all ofthe rooms have nice views but I was requesting the back view. When Icommented on the view I received (pool) I was told that it was a verynice view but I should have asked for a "vineyard view" ifthat was what I wanted. Since I have never seen the property beforehand,it was unlikely that I would know to make such a request. A small thing,but small things set a tone.

The heating works very well, too much, and isvery easy to find it. Very close to the lovely town of CastelnuovoBerardenga, only 5 minutes by car. In that place you will find some goodrestaurants to eat Quiet place in the heart of Tuscany.

We stayed in room 122, which had a small balcony with the most stunning views of the Tuscany countryside. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was fresh, good choice of food and no additional charges.

Review 93：Villa Curina is a so-called Relais du Silence. For us, this means no small kids running around making noise playing in the pool... After all, most of us come here to relax. Unfortunately, guests still tend to visit with kids under 12, which is annoying to other guests, which the parents seem not to realise (or choose not to). Please take your kids to an apartment complex where kids can run around, play and BE kids and be considerate of those booking a hotel such as this especially for a bit of peace. In turn, I feel the hotel joining a group like Relais du Silence, should adhere to a policy to ensure the peace and quiet for their guest and not allow families with kids under 12 to begin with... Otherwise, what does Relais du Silence stand for..?

Review 94：The Villa and grounds are beautifully kept. Everything is kept very clean and proper. Very nice atmosphere with a lot of attention to detail. Large pool and lovely poolside area (all tiled with lots of beds and parasols, incl.secluded areas). Staff are friendly, but somewhat reserved.A few people aside, they could do with a bit more cheerful staff members. Nice and good-priced light lunches under the gazebo and breakfast is okay, with little variation but sufficient.Great location to visit Siena and other places in the area. Many good restaurants within short driving distance. The hotel restaurant Il Convito was nice, but quite pricey. For us, it didn't bring the same value as La Locanda di Tomasso in Castelnouvo Berardenga (chef with Michelin star work experience and very friendly waiters/waitresses), which cost the same (or less) and provided much more quality/taste.

The place is serene, nice pool, absolutely relaxing, authentic rooms and deco, yet room and bath are almost 5 star quality. Friendly service, a place you feel home. Nice breakfast buffet as well. We did notbtry the restaurant though.

Review 100：The facilities and services of all staf was exellent, with one exception. We had a lunch very simpel and fast to deliver. But instead it took over 40 minutes and we where completely alone. He made excuses of beeing alone in the kitchen - poor excuse!
