Review 1：Towels and bed sheets need to be cleaned better had marks all over the bed and towels are white but now a shade of grey. Bathroom where not so clean and shower flooded the bathroom.

Review 3：The shower drain was clogged so water wouldn't go down properly, which was kind of annoying and made shower feel/look unclean.

Review 4：Not the best area in Seminyak I think, but good location overall, near the beach (La Plancha, etc) and lots of shops, restaurants and bars around. Staff was nice and breakfast was ok - not much variety, but good. The room was small but comfortable.

Review 5：I stayed in the hotel for 7 nights. The first room I got when arrived had chewing gum on the floor, the White walls where dirty with black shoes marks or similar, the bathroom needs a good refurbish, the borders of the mirror look old, the toilet bowl with yellow stains, the shower glass covered with soap scum, the shower corners yellow, there was a sewage smell always. I requested a room change and staff accommodated me in a better condition room but still I recognise the hotel needs a fresh painting and refurbishment, the room where I moved to had a ripped curtain. The elevators have broken mirrors and a plastic cover ripped that needs to be replaced. It seems it is allowed in Bali to smoke anywhere so the room's bench have cigarette marks. No wardrobe.

Review 6：I did like the location a short walk from Seminyak Beach and near to bars and restaurants, the staff where always helpful and friendly. I paid with breakfast included and was good and until 10:30 am. I requested a quiet room and it was good not so noisy at the back on the 5th floor. The rooms have a safe box.

Review 33：The Guests tend to be rather noisy, given the mostly young backpacker-type guests. Loud door banging is heard all night. The internet connection on the upper floors is really bad. It's ok down in the lobby or restaurant.

Review 37：- bad smell in the lobby area - just FYI: there is no hair dryer in the room but you can borrow it from the hotel for 3 hours - not enough lighting in the room but i only came there to sleep so it didn't matter - small window - towels were old and not pleasant to touch - i gave couple of things to laundry and they said it would be ready the same day. they didn't bring it back when promised. had to chase them the next morning. they claimed i wasn't in the room when they brought it the evening before but come on..., that's not an excuse - breakfast was bad. there were some things i would never eat for breakfast (but maybe that's just me), and some things i would never eat at all. butter was not real butter (but it seems to be a problem in general on Bali); tea from tea bags; coffee tasted like instant coffee even though the staff claimed it was made from coffee beans; juice also seemed to be made from some instant stuff (or just very bad quality canned juice); salad leaves were bitter, impossible to eat (doesn't the chef try it before serving?). basically there is a lot of food which is uneatable (except eggs). in general, i'd say if you want to serve a cheap breakfast then it would make sense for the hotel to serve fewer things but of better quality rather than serving a lot of different (and weird) things of bad quality. - the power sockets are nowhere near to the mirror, made it difficult to do my hair - in the bathroom there is nothing but the soap but you can request for toiletries for an additional charge. this is actually not a complaint but just FYI - i thought it would be closer to the beach (actually it's a bit more than 10 minutes walk in spite of what other reviews say) and i saw some other hotels at almost same rate but much closer to the beach (like, half way closer). - no fridge in the room well, at this price, what do you expect?

Review 38：- big mirror in the room - there is one universal power socket in the room so you wouldn't need an adapter - clean and fresh bed sheets, comfortable bed - location is ok, not so close to the beach but close to many other things - AC has a good set of settings so you can make it comfortable - i was told that in the room wifi would be unstable but it was actually quite good. i was on the 3rd floor. - quite decent at its rate

Not good when your trying to you know sleep.. When you walk from the reception to the pool Area or towards the food area there is a smell of raw sewage that will make you dry heave and it was allways there. The hotel run tour deck rips you off badly up to 70% more we found out so please get prices from other places. The room was dirty, badly cleaned bathroom. Walls all marked up looked like a luggage storage room. My opinion pay more and stay somewhere else.

Only real downside for us was that we didn't have a balcony to hang our wet surf gear and towels and stuff.

Review 80：For the price you're paying... Definitely the best place to stay. Spacious, near to everywhere, you're in the heart of the Gay area in Bali. Lots of good restaurant nearby Mozzarella and walking distance to the best massage in Bali - Jari Menari. You can use UBer (cheap car transport) or GoJek (motorbike) to get around Bali.

Although the location is central in Seminyak the street on which the hotel is located is rather unattractive with less to offer than other streets in the neighbourhood. The swimmingpool is small with only three deck chairs so dont expect to make much use of this. Rooms facing the street can be disturbed by noisy bars.

The barong dance on monday was boring really compared to other places barong's performances, and the food on the buffet line was poorly prepared. I'd tried numerous authenthic balinese cuisine with the same price on the buffet 100knett! Some restaurants in Seminyak has better!
