Review 2：Excellent property with friendly and attentive staff and clean modern accomodations. Great location with private entrance and a fine restaurant in the same building. Easy access to hourly trains to Rome for daytrips.

Review 5：no bad points really would have liked to have had a kettle or coffee machine in room but not too much of a problem and the breakfast trip to the cafe a few streets away in the Gallery was not a problem really just different and is this not what we all want in life . You could have your choice of sandwich, croissant or other yummy chocolate or cream filled delicacy with great tea (best ever abroad )and coffee mmmm thank you Gianpaolo and the girls in cafe

Review 6：This B&B/Hotel is a little Diamond in the rough, which made our 5 day stay in Frascati very comfortable. We loved the decor the cleanliness and the warmth of the welcome from Gianpaolo plus the complimentary drinks left out which my partner enjoyed and the chocolates that I enjoyed everyday . It is at the bottom of a bit of a hill which was easily overcome by going into the fruit market opposite and using the elevator or stairs inside to get up to the little square above, but really we are elderly and found the incline no problem at all .Wonderful place thank you

Review 8：Gianpaolo went out of his way to make this stay pleasant, comfortable and delicious. :-) His restaurant stocks local wines and -- surprise for Italy -- made-in-Frascati craft beers. Room was superb, restful and comfortable. Complimentary whiskey & grappa bar in the portico in front of the room; excellent walking-distance-to-anywhere location; price was great - overall excellent value for the money.
