Review 1：Room and restaurant service not very professional. Food not very good and not well cooked.

Review 3：Staff of hotel is overall very unfriendly, rude and not professional for a 5 star hotel. Cocktails and food at the pool are served very poorly. The condition of the sun lounger's at the so called "concrete beach" is very poor, partly without cushions, broken or none are available because reserved for the whole day by guests without being used. All food related areas are very loud and crowded by children. Swimmingpool and fitness areas are nicely build but badly needs maintenance.(sun blinds are partly falling down, glass facade is very dirty, no drinking water in the fitness) Too bad that a such nicely build hotel is so bad managed. It seems to us that just before opening, the hotel ran out of money to finish the building. We wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone without children.

Review 5：During our stay the Free WIFI was not working at all. This is for a 5* hotel in EU a bit shame... Reception is a bit understaffed

Review 7：Prices of drinks in the bar and for the evening buffet are very high when compared locally. (Also, no draught beer!) We requested a sea view room on the top floor and the hotel complied with this request so we could see the sea. However many room on lower floors, although facing the sea, would have the view totally obscured because of the proximity of the trees.

Review 8：This hotel is in a beautiful location. The spa/fitness centre has excellent facilities and there is a choice of indoor and outdoor pools which are good. We booked a junior suite and the room was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast buffet is very good. (We booked on a bed and breakfast basis.)

Review 9：The hotel falls apart, no investments are obviously made, cleaning is not their strong part, staff is friendly but highly unprofessional. A pitty it could be nice.

Review 11：Really hard working people who know how to make your day. One simple example: you enter the poolside bar and the bartender still knows what beverage you liked the previous evening. We intended to stay for two nights, but extended to four.
