Review 1：To be a 5 stars hotel, some things are not according to the expected level of quality: there is not air condition in the restroom, the toiletries are poor, and the breakfast options are very limited (although they serve you it at the villa, what is really nice)

Review 2：The staff was great, always willing to assist and with a wonderful attitude. Location is good and villas are really nice with the private pool and garden. Complimentary driving service around the city is especially useful.

Review 4：We stayed at a private, spacious, and quiet 3BR villa. It has reasonable size warm pool where kids can enjoy it all day. It is close to beach and nice restaurants. The service is great.

Review 5：Need more towels in bathroom 4 not just 2. Hand towels and face cloths. Hair dryer Kitchen wash cloth drying cloth and oven hand mots to bring hot plates from oven to table. More oven and cooking pots. Fix wifi so it due any go off every hour. Very inconvenient. It shows the bars but you are not always connected.

Review 6：Upgrade to 3 bedroom. Nice pool and space. Staff very friendly and helpful. Car to go into Seninyak was handy. Gardener came everyday to clear leaves and clean pool. Hot and cold water dispenser very handy. Beautiful breakfasts everyday. Cooked to perfection. Fresh fruit served delicately. Will come back for sure.

Review 7：a luxurious Balinese indoor /outdoor living space, where privacy is assured and everything you want is close at hand. I like the sun and my husband likes the shade and we didn't go out a lot because we were so happy in the villa.

Review 8：Bed not overly comfortable. Aircon loud. Being asked 'where I was going' every time became slightly irritating! Questions about breakfast the next day whilst just being served breakfast, then calls asking what time for housekeeping - stress!

It was in a perfect location, quiet, private and calm but great easy access to the beautiful beach, busy shops and variety of restaurants.

Review 13：We were in villa 1 and could hear club music most of the time day and night - but that's probably hard to avoid almost anywhere in town.

In particular, the person at reception was very helpful sorting out a complicated situation booking surfing lessons, and equally so when our flight out was threatened to cancel due to the airport shutting down because of a volcano eruption. We were a couple, a friend and an adolescent; all were happy with the 3-villa set-up.We would probably go back if we return to Seminyak under similar circumstances. We recommend this to pretty much anyone.

Review 16：The location is very good, secure and quite. The swimming pool is big and clean. Staff are very helpful and the front desk is very friendly.

Review 17：Check-in process felt a bit awkward. No bathroom scale, hair dryer or clothes iron available. Only one bike available for the entire property. We changed our breakfast time from one day to the next but they still came at the previous time. When I handed out our breakfast choices form, instead of reading it, the front desk employee asked me every single question on the form again.

Review 18：Very helpful and welcoming staff. Free airport shuttle (when their shuttle driver was stuck in traffic, they paid for our cab to the airport). Good breakfast and discreet staff after done cooking/cleaning.

Review 26：Concept is great - private villa but the team come in and cook for you. BBQ amazing - they dressed the house with flowers and had a band for us too. Serve then clear up. Great.

Review 27：I like the location which is located in Semeyak, convience to restaurants and shops, yet set back a little so it is very quiet inside the villa. The villa pool is very nice. We, a group of friends can swim day and night comfortably inside the villa while listening to our favourite music via the villa speakers.

Review 29：We stayed in the 3-bed villa for 5 nights over Easter. My parents took the 1 bed separate suite, and myself and my family took the 2-bed (2 adults and 3 kids aged 10, 7 and 6). The Dusun was perfect-a real sanctuary from the heat and bustle of Seminyak. Staff were superb, location fantastic (within walking distance to beach and fab restaurants) and the complimentary shuffle service a real bonus. Our villa was spotlessly clean and breakfasts prepared by in-house chefs were delicious. I cannot fault anything at The Dusun. We will most certainly be back.

Review 32：Central to everything (Bodyworks is just across the road). Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here when we come again early next year.

Review 33：We were a group there for 5 days and couldn't of asked for anything more. We had a late flight out so we got a late checkout, which was no problems. Car which took us to anywhere we wanted to go, with free transfer from the hotel included. Highly recommend.

Review 47：Nice location! Villa good and comfortable but needs freshening up! The staff were excellent. Breakfast - cooked in the villa, good but limited in choice. If one stays longer than 1 week this may become a problem. But staff were excellent to accommodate requests bringing variety. We had a second bedroom in the villa and on request it was made available on no extra charge - something that was really a nice approach and was highly appreciated. The Hotel provides transport to places in the vicinity on request. However, there are so many taxis that transport is not an issue, except that the roads are so congested that often it is better to walk. Really a place to recommend as it is close to so many attractions in Seminyak.
