Review 1：We liked our stay very much. The view to Bay of Palermo is spectacular. The place is nice and very quiet. Sergio - the owner was helpful and told us where to eat. Hope to come back one day.

Review 3：Quit place with wonderful sea view. Possibility to swim in crystal clear water (if the waives are small or the sea is calm and have shoes for swim) Palermo is not far, but better have the car for traveling from this location.
Review 4：The apartment with 2 bedrooms is somewhat outdated and need some improvements. Not the case for the 1 bedroom apartment which is great. Cleaning uneven. Beds somewhat uncomfortable in 2 bedrooms apartment.
Review 5：Sergio is a very friendly, dedicated and service-minded host that does this extra for his guests. Thanks again for the pastries! Very helpful with parking. The view of the Palermo bay is absolutely fantastic and the sea is really clear and beautiful. Bathing opportunities nearby.

Review 7：Sergio was a warm and kind host to us. The view on the sea is beautiful. The place is from walking distance to Aspra, where you can have good dinner and see an amazing sunset. It is a quite place where you have large balcony on which you can eat or sit.

Review 12：What a view! - It is so nice to see the sea and on the other side of the bay Palermo. It is just a few steps down to the water - and it is really clear water - "aqua chiara". What a host! - Sergio is really a fantastic host. He is taking care all the time and one has the feeling, that you are part of his family.

Review 14：It's really great place!! If you're young and not afraid to go to the sea from the rocks - book it. For me such type of seacoast is perfect. There is nobody around. The water is clear. Of course if waves are high, it's not convinient to go to the water. But when there is no waves...)) it's the best beach on Sicily! The apartment itself is clean and convinient. The view it's great. I think it's the best point to have a great days on the sea and to visit Palermo. Sergio is one of the best host I had. Strictly recommend.

Review 19：Not critical, just minor issues FYI: Uneasy to find, have your navi with you. Suggest not to take a fat BMW X6 but a smaller Alfa Romeo or Fiat, as there is not much place for parking.

Review 21：My friend and I have just returned from the best trip we both have had so far. We spent 4 lovely days in Palermo, 2 of which - in the suburbs of the city - little amazingly beautiful place called Bagheria. First of all no words can express the real beauty of the see view which you are gifted with during your stay in Villa acqua chiara. And we were there in winter, imagine summer! As it was the season at its lowest and the villa wasn't fully booked, the landlord, who is definetely worth the special mention, gave us the best appartment. Ours was very clean and furnished and stuffed with everything you may possibly need during your stay. Sergio (the landlord) was very caring and attentive, he made our unforgettable stay complete. He showed us around and even took us to the restaurant in Bagheria, where they serve food on his granny's recipes. We'd recommend this place to all our friends and everyone

Review 23：The modern architecture and situation by the sea, quietness and stunning views, the kindness and helpfulness of the owner who not only has given us a more beautiful room than we had reserved, but prepared an excellent dinner for us when we arrived. The direct access to the sea must be wonderful during the warm season, nevertheless we could enjoy the aperitif on the terrace in January!

Review 31：The steps are a little awkward for the infirm, and you need to be good at "backing" a vehicle in order to park on the property.
Review 32：The apartment is situated on the cliffs overlooking Palermo Bay at Aspra about 10Klm from Palermo. The position and view from the apartment was great, the main bedroom had a fantastic view across the bay, as did the living area. The on-site staff were available to answer queries and advise on local tourist attractions, and we (3 of us) really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Palermo is only 20 minutes down the road, close enough to visit, but far enough away not to intrude on the seclusion of Aspra. We would recommend this apartment to people with reasonable mobility, as there are a number of steps to negotiate.

Review 37：The villages of Aspra and Bagheria are not exactly what you would want to visit during your holidays in beautiful Sicily. Not the owners fault of course, but be prepared to use your car for enjoying the adjacent beaches.

The host thoughtfully provided our first breakfast, and there is a local discount supermarket and fish market in town, as well as a good local restaurant. Review 41：The location is just beautiful, directly above the sea, and the place fully corresponds to it's description. It's really very quite, perfect for relaxation and also close to every cultural sites (but as soon as you've arrived, the appeal of culture seems to make a break and you just enjoy 'il farniente'). The very sympathetic and kind owner was always helfpful in giving us details about the place and its surroudings, and let us discover some wonderful food specialities, which we simply wouldn't have known of, had he not shared them with us!
