Review 1：Very difficult to find directions to the place, no clear signs with name of the property, and completely wrong location on map on booking.com. Our navigation couldn't find address so we had to talk to receiption to navigate us which was very difficult. Breakfast was basic and very small, costs 8 euros. Wifi only awailable at the pool and reception, no network in the room, which we didn't mind so much, had a chance to relax.

Review 2：Amazing "chateau" look of the building and nice vineyard surroundings, with nice pool and beautiful old chapel at the property. Very quiet and relaxing. Huge rooms and big bathroom. Pleasant staff.

Review 4：To start the scenery is gorgeous! The property is equally as gorgeous. My room was so spacious. To top it off the their food is so delicious. Best pasta I've had so far! Amazing location, amazing food and amazing stay. I will return.

Review 5：Set in beautiful countryside. Helpfulness and friendliness of Reception staff. The local restaurant, Locanda del Borgo-although the restaurant is a distance away from Villa Dini the food is superb and the service excellent.

Review 8：We did not realise that we would have to walk the 800 metres to the restaurant each morning if we wanted breakfast. Most people seemed to self cater but this was not made clear in the information.

Review 10：Perfect location, on the road between Volterra and Colle di Val'd Elsa. Spacious ground, very old building. There is even a capel.Nice room, with arch bricked ceiling, with very thick walls, makes it cold even in the hot summer.After the exhausting excoursions, it was sooo great to have a swim in the pool. Flowers were everywhere, making the air intoxicating. The nearby tuscan restaurant offered excellent food and wine, the waiter was competent and friendly. But, we also tried the restaurant in the village, it was also very hospitable. Very friendly staff. I recommend it to everyone.

Review 12：Villa Dini is a typical Tuscan style hotel set within beautiful grounds. It was very early in the season so we believe it will look even better in full bloom. The sister restaurant serves excellent food and is good value. We plan to have our wedding here in 2015. We are looking forward to visiting again beforehand

Review 14：Fantastic location, the old property is gorgeous, verry quiet, veryromantic.The room was very spacious, with original ceilings and periodfurniture and in front of the room we had a small gazebo. All staff wasvery helpful. It was a pleasure to have breakfast in the pool area,wherefrom we could admire the olive grove and the surrounding hills.There is also free wifi internet in this area. Their restaurant serveshomemade Tuscan dishes and very good local wines, besides the way backhome on the cypress alley was lovely (700 metres). The property is inthe heart of Tuscany, making it perfect for visiting the whole region.

Review 15：On Booking.com the property is described as having 4 hotel rooms. This is true, but what is not mentioned is that there are also several apartments in this villa. This was not at all a problem, although it could be misleading. (Perhaps next time we will try and book an apartment, we liked the place).

Review 16：A very pleasant stay: we had a large room with a gazebo outside in this beautifully restored old property. Nice swimming pool with views, excellent breakfast. Free WiFi by the swimming pool was a pleasant surprise (not mentioned in the description on Booking.com). The restaurant (which is 700 m away) is very good and it was full almost every night. It is good that it was away: the villa stayed calm and quiet... Check-in time is worth to note and observe (the reception can be closed). All staff were very helpful and gave good advice on things to do in the area.

Review 17：This place has remained in my heart and is the number one location where I intend to return at least one more time. Everything is taken from a perfect picture and every step of the way, every scenery is incredible. I have visited many places until now, but this one is pure perfection. Love it!

Review 18：Some facilities were only available to certain people (but were advertised in the original booking), no kitchenette (made things tricky for a week long stay), beds quite uncomfortable/dated, quite a musty smell in room.
