Review 1：Staff were delightful and always ready to help. Robes and towels need replacing as they are worn and ripped. Outside daybed is lovely but would be ideal if they had a ceiling fan. Breakfast and food at the hotel restaurant was very good and cheap. Very small resort and overall great value for money.

Review 2：The bed is too high to sleep on and there are marks and cracks on the bathroom walls and room ceiling. There was also a stain on the bed sheets.

The hotel is really nice: the rooms, the pool, everything. The staff could not be friendlier and attended to all my needs. They also arranged for a driver for day tours. If you need anything, especially I Made Darmita will help you out.

Review 6：It was throughout an amazing experience to stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room with its little terace in front was really nice. The booking included a full body massage, which was incredible! The best massage we both had from all.

Review 7：The bathrooms were a bit dated and the pool towels and chair cushions could be renewed to freshen up the look. A menu for room service in rooms would be handy.

Review 8：My partner and I stayed at The Ivory for 7 nights. The staff are very friendly. We stayed in the delux room 206 and it was clean and comfortable. The towels are made into animals daily that is so clever! It is around $10 to get a taxi to Seminyak square.. But walkable distance to Cafe Organic, Revolver Cafe, Potato Head, Ku De Ta and The W. Spent lots of hours by the pool that is nice, not many day beds but being a boutique like hotel - thats understandable. The family rooms are at the front of the property by the pool so if you are wanting something more private and less busy, I'd spend a bit more on getting the private villa with own pool thats at the other end of the property. We had two Austrailian familes staying at the same time that took up space of the pool reguraly. Breakfast that came with the booking were ok.. I do recommend turning left coming out the hotel and trying Cafe Organic etc oppposite Potato Head. Had to ask for a menu for room service a few times as one is not in the room.. Fries were not ok but banana split was nice. Comfortable day bed outside room. Nice touch, relaxing to lay on.

Review 15：The room was very spacious with soothing sound of tiny waterfall next to the main gate and huge sofa to lounge in the morning (private enough cus it's hidden by the plant but open enough to get the sunlight). They also prepare mosquito repellant, complete toileteries and clean the room everyday. Cable TV and aircon were working well. We had such a pleasant stay in Ivory and would recommend it to everyone staying in Petitenget.

Review 16：Loved the private area in front with day bed. Feels like a studio apartment. Its close to shops but not close to the hustle and bustle. taxi rides are cheap.

Review 21：Hotel shuttle is not avail after 3pm on the 1st day we checked in. Another time, we wanted to go out to Seminyak Sq, shuttle also wasnt avail. Disappointed. Breakfast was very mediocre. D kitchen staff couldnt even prepare d eggs sunny side up properly. It was so well fried in both sides. We didnt evn bother with bfast on the last morning.

Review 26：The Ivory Resort in Seminyak was truly wonderful- a hidden sanctuary in a busy town. Pool and outside space well equipped and great place to meet other people staying there, a real community feel. Each room/villa was beautiful, with your own outside seating area, total relaxation with the sound of water and the smell of incense. Real value for money- a free massage, breakfast and any other drinks/food around the pool was very reasonable. High recommend for anyone looking to stay in Seminyak but right in the middle of the hectic town- can get a taxi/bike taxi into Seminyak square for around 800,000 rupiahs (£4).

Review 29：Good value for money. Staff, especially Made, is very attentive and friendly, trying to make sure my stay was comfortable. The room I booked was not available the first night so I was moved to another room temporarily. To compensate for the inconvenience, Made gave me a complementary breakfast the next day. Nice location with many restaurants in walking distance, including Potato Head Beach Club, Sarong and Motel Mexicola.

Review 32：We didn't feel comfortable with the time share sales people sitting outside pool area, it made you not want to use the pool, I feel that they should be in a separate area doing their sales thing and smoking somewhere else. Location was a little far out but the free shuttle made up for it. Breakfast and options could be improved but overall good value.

Review 37：We had be best stay at Ivory resort. I did alot of research before staying here and it was everything it said it was. The staff were so lovely and helpful. We arrived late and was welcomed by a great reception. They also offer free airport transfer which was handy when we left. The rooms were perfect everything you need. Comfy bed. Cleaned daily. Lovely balanise boutique style rooms. There is a supermarket right across the road. We didn't book breakfast with the hotel because we like to eat out somewhere different everyday. We also hired a scooter which was a good idea, it let us nip in and out as much as we liked and made it quicker to get around. There are so many cafes and restaurants in the area. We will definitely be staying here again when we return.

Review 44：At the end of my stay unpleasant smell appeared in my room, but when I complained about it - without any further questions I got a new clean room that didn't have that smell. Although we communicated through e-mail and they agreed to pick us up at the airport - nobody showed. But when we complained about this we got free ride to our next destination which was maybe even further than the airport.

Review 54：The restaurant isn't the best but the prices are cheap, which is good! I recommend getting the Indonesian dishes from the restaurant: Nasi Goreng etc. over anything else. My deal said I'd get a free airport transfer (staying over 3 nights) but I didn't get one from or to the airport.

Review 55：The pool area is really nice and the tree-lined walkway to the private rooms so pretty. The staff are really friendly. It's very tranquil and quiet and very private if you want it to be.

Review 56：The room is really big and nice deco! There is little cotyard in front of room and sofa! It was really nice to chill there! Staff is really nice and the spa is really nice and quite cheap. Breakfast is normal. The location isn't great as it is quite far from the central but there are lots of restaurants around and it is close to potato head! I would go back!

The comfortable outdoor couch is fantastic. The room was spacious, great bed, big shower. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The pool is the perfect size for leisure and laps! Good position, only 10-15 minute walk to Potato Head Beach Club. Many excellent restaurants nearby. Honeybees across the street is a MUST for breakfast and dinner! very friendly and delicious - great prices. Smokehouse along the road is tasty and Pison cafe has great coffee. Mini-marts all nearby. An Oasis in busy Bali!

Review 71：Everything, from the room layout, comfy large bed, large sofa in your private front porch area, to the great staff who will go out there way for you and provide friendly conversation especially the manager called Made who was good to speak to daily. We ate a few times in the hotels restaurant and we thought the food was good value for money, including the free breakfast. We originally booked two nights through Booking.com but ended negotiating a lower rate and stayed an extra 3 nights. Seminyak seemed like a more upmarket area to stay than Kuta, which you can drive to within 5-10 minutes

New restaurant in front of resort new staff that have no idea. Food basic. Wine list almost non existent. Coffee like mud. Typical Bali coffee not for the faint hearted. Don't think it's actually connected to Ivory but the only food available in resort.

Review 93：Our room included breakfast and it was really disappointing, although not such a big deal because directly opposite the hotel is a place that does a great selection of set breakfasts catering to every taste so we ate breakfast there every day. In fact none of the food we tried at this hotel was to our taste - it's a very health conscious menu.

The swimming pool is also great - we spent hours in there with our 6-yr old daughter, although even in the shallow end the water was a good six inches over her head, so kids need constant supervision.
