Reviews for Cul Draiochta B&B
Review 1:The location was amazing! My favorite place to stay of the entire trip! The couple that took care of us were spectacular! And the room was perfect. Loved the view and LOVED the beds!!! The town was adorable, dont forget to grab some cherry scones from the local bakery!!
Review 2:Great sea views from the windows..and lovely family members who running the this B&B treat us like their own friends...the breakfast was lovely and fresh...great location with the supervalue market just around the corner...hospital...restaurants...everything...defo will stay again for next visit....
Review 3:Not a problem for us, but it is very short drive from the town.
Review 4:What is there not to like about this place? The review score looked too good to be true. But after spending a night here, it was easy to see why it got such good reviews. The couple who run this property are extremely friendly and hospitable. They keep this place is top condition. The gardens are beautiful and the accommodation is spotless. The beds are extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated. The shower is powerful. And the view from the bedrooms are spectacular. The breakfast is a lovely full Irish breakfast. And as my son and his partner are vegan, the owners went to the trouble of making sure that they had vegan milk and products for breakfast. Very professional.
Review 5:Probably a personal thing but not too keen on fish in "bowls/aquariums" and there was one in the dining room. If it had been at reception wouldn't have bothered me but not when I'm eating.
Review 6:Very welcoming owner, coffee and cake on arrival. The room had a lovely view and was a good size. The breakfast was good.
Review 7:we liked it all

Review 9:Weather was declining but I didn't see any magic wand which the owners could use to rectify this
Review 10:Lovely clean family room & comfy beds.and really good breakfast will stay again
Review 11:There were no negatives to comment on.
Review 12:The room was the best out of all the b&bs we stayed in during our week in Kerry. The bathroom was stocked with cotton buds and other useful toiletries which I thought was a lovely touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made use of the recommendation to go to QCs in Cahersiveen for dinner; an excellent choice!

Well presented and immaculately clean house with all the facilities you could need. Lovely hosts who were very knowledgeable about the local area and very helpful. Good comfy bed and excellent breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and would return without hesitation.
Review 15:nothing!
Review 16:the room, the view, the breakfast, and surely our hosts, they informed us about activities and where to have the best dinner. Anne was very helpful to make a reservation to get to the skelligs. (Unfortunately boats didn't go because of the weather). We recommend this B&B highly.

Review 18:Nothing to complain about.
Review 19:I visited Cahersiveen to look up my grandfather's background. The people at Cul Draoiachta did their best to point me towards where I could obtain more information on my family.
Review 20:The location is superb. All the major attractions of the Ring of Kerry are within reach (preferably by car, of course). Top facilities, great hosts, great breakfast of your choice - high scores!

Review 24:Plenty of parking on site, spacious room and quality furniture and fixtures, loads of hot water; we were greeted with tea and scones by friendly and helpful hostess, Ann. Enjoyed chatting with Ian as well. Breakfast choices were varied and appealing and we both enjoyed what we had.
Review 25:We've only stayed one night but it was very enjoyable experience. Cul Draiochta is perfect starting point for trips to Valentia Island and south-west Kerry. The owners were very nice, breakfast tasty and free wifi was very fast. Definitely would return during my next trip to Kerry.
Review 26:Lovely hosts, offered to drive us to center, gave us directions, quite room with privacy (nr 2), great view, very clean and all in best condition. Very good food. Everything there you need
Review 27:Unfortunately the wifi was temperamental, however I expect that is common in this very windy and rugged part of Ireland. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I like coming in later at night and being able to make a brew without disturbing the other guests/owners.
Review 28:We recently visited on a whirlwind tour of Ireland. This was our second of four nights in the country and we had a pleasant stay in this part of Kerry. The owners were kind and welcoming, the bedroom and bathroom clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was lovely - fresh local ingredients and great coffee. Overall a very nice B&B, great value for money, I would return

Review 32:That our schedule did not allow us to spend another night or two with them.
Review 33:The excellent helpfulness of Ian and Ann. We arrived much later than anticipated and they went beyond what was necessary to ensure that we were able to get dinner for the children that evening; calling a local establishment and asking them to keep up the kitchen open until we arrived. They provided a very nice breakfast in an absolutely beautiful setting. And now are following up by sending an item that we inadvertently left behind.

Review 38:My partner and I arrived late and the lady that owned the B&B was so good to us gave us tea and scones once we arrived. She also offered to get up early as 5.30am to cook my partner his breakfast. The room was really nice, the shower was powerfull and was able to get hot water e en as early as 4.30am and there was plenty of towels available. Review 83:Breakfast did not reflect the menu. Not clear on how to contact hosts when there, including upon arrival. Tiny television set.
