Review 16：After the luxury hotels in the larger cities this was a great way to end our vacation. Beautiful surrounding, comfortable and spacious two bedroom apartment, relaxing and just the nicest people. We loved that it was family owned and operated.

Review 18：It was situated in a really pretty area,and in between volterra and San gimignano . The rooms were fine-not luxurious, but comfortable, and the staff were so nice. I would go there again.
Review 19：I really regretted booking a room here. The only positive thing I could say is that the rooms are clean. But you can get much more value for money, with other rooms in the area (for only 10 euro's more). The premium rooms are not worth the money as they don't have a view, as do most of the other rooms. Everywhere there are signs, with rules what you are not allowed to do. It feels like a prison, just like the one opposite of the Antico Borgo. Check out is 10.30, no exceptions. Breakfast is from 8 to 9.30. Eggs are cold, only coffee from a thermos. BTW, If you use iPhone or iPad the Wifi doesn't work, and the owners are not willing to help. It is your own problem. Please think twice before booking this place! Everything is focused on making money for the owners.

Review 23：It felt like staying in a motel. When sitting on our terrace we heard the noise of the nearby road and our view was limited to some plants surrounding the terrace. Not a picturesque place to spend your holiday in Tuscany. Rooms are overpriced! We often travel to Tuscany and believe us most hotels in the region have more to offer for this price.

Review 25：Too many rules: were not allowed to use the minibar fridge, threatened to remove our things. this is ridiculous as if you are out and have bought water, you cannot even keep it cold in your room. then the pool time are from 08:00 to 08:00. This is summer were the tempretures were late 30's the entire time. If I want to swim at 07:00 in the morning or 21:00 while it is still hot and light outside, I want to be able to. The shower was really pathetic. There was absolutely no pressure in the shower.

Breakfasts wereexcellent...5 Minute drive to a very good restaurant and 10 minutes tothe city of Ferrara/train station for travelling to Venice...Bologna.Had beautifully landscaped yard.
