Review 1：Excellent location about 100m to the beautiful black sandy beach. The owners are very friendly and kind and will help out with anything they can, including a hearty breakfast each morning! We had an amazing holiday and would definitely recommend magma rooms!

Review 3：Great place to stay for great value, great view / location and FANTASTIC hosts!! Theo and Stella made our stay such an amazingly pleasure! I would highly recommend this place to everyone! Magma Rooms is just steps away from the beach, every morning I would start my day with breakfast with Theo and Stella and then take a few steps out the door and dig my feet into the black sands of Perissa Beach. The hotel met all of our expectations, very clean, spacious, lots of light, very warming and welcoming. Wifi signal on all 3 floors, no problem connecting! The view from the rooftop is such a pleasure to wake up to every morning! Breakfast is served with so much love! Theo was a great conversationalist that can speak over 5 languages, Stella is the biggest sweetheart that just wants to make sure you're happy at all times!! I also had the pleasure of making the acquaintance of Yaya Mary - the most charming woman on the island! She's would greet me every morning (even outside the hotel) with a sweet "Kahli Mehra" She made my heart melt! The best part of staying here is definitely the staff. They're not only well informed of all things to do, but I felt like they did a great job of making us feel like family. They gave numerous tips on how to travel about the island, recommendations on where to get items needed and they definitely go above beyond!

Review 5：Family owned hotel and very well maintained!!! The owner and his wife go the extra mile to make sure your satisfied. Picked us up late from the airport and drove us at 5am!!! Nicest people! The wife's breakfast is perfect every single morning and very welcoming attitude. The hotel is no more then 150 feet from the beach which is the closest one. The bus stop to the city is down stairs and also where all the tour busses start. Room was cleaned everyday and great job.

Review 7：The hosts were very friendly, the accommodation is literally almost on the beach with bus stop to Fira in front. There are plenty of tavernas and bars near the accommodation. The room is very clean. Overall a great accommodation for Santorini.

Review 8：No fruit for breackfast. But to be honest we didn't ask. some details to adjust (the shower for example). Rooms (and in particular the bathroom) small.

Review 9：It is simple.It is closed to the bus stop to Fira and in front of the beach.in the nearby you may find a mini marketing and several good restaurant.they pick up us at the port and conduced us to the airport. They are friendly and kind. We found a botte of water and a bottle of wine in the fridge when we arrived.

Review 15：The staff at magma went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was everything we had hoped for. Including breakfast every morning served on the balcony with freshly made smoothies. Theo was always there to help with any queries and made our stay very enjoyable. Would recommend very highly. Location within a 2 min walk of the beach. Room was cleaned every day to perfection felt like you were walking into a new room.

Review 20：Theo and his wife are lovely people, you really feel at home being in her hotel. They are always smiling and making sure to help you. Beds on the room are fantastic and mantras are really good quality. Rooms are nicely decorated and you are 2 min away from perissa beach with lots of restaurant option for a decent price. This is a really good quality/ price ratio and I would recommend it to anyone that wants to escape from touristic fira

Review 21：I stayed at Magma Rooms between 12-14 July which fully satisfied all my expectations. It's a newly furnished and family run hotel. Hotel owners are so warm and helpful. He was very kind enough to offer me to pick me up from the port and helped me for budget car rental. Besides Greek and English, he speaks Turkish, French, Italian and Spanish. The hotel is only 20 m. away from Black Beach and 10 m. away from local bus station where you can go to (In every 20 minutes) Fira for 2 EUR and then Oia. The breakfast is very satisfactory with fresh juice (Especially when I compare what I had in Mykonos with a higher price). The room is clean with a balcony. There is a terrace with a sea view where you can also have sunbath. Wireless is strong and free in the rooms. It's certainly a value deal hotel.

Review 22：There was nothing I did not like. However, I cannot comment on the wifi because I never asked them for it, as I had a local SIM card with 3G network!

Review 23：The location is excellent! I walked to the beach in like twenty steps. The bus that goes to Fira etc stops right in front of the building. The hosts,Lisa and Theo, are the warmest people you can come across. She is very particular about giving everybody a hearty breakfast and is always full of smiles. My room (Room no. 1) was impeccable, too. Had a beautiful beach view! They will assist you with everything they can. Theo even dropped me to the airport! I could not have expected more. It felt like a luxurious home-stay. Really cute place! Perissa was an excellent location, too. I took the bus all over Santorini easily. Highly recommend it.
