Review 1：Place once luxurious is aged in certain common places/ poor indoor playgrounds for children (the one discribed on website Pirates island we couldnt find), also indoor pools with cold water, our 3 yr child could enter only jacuzzi, rather large distancies from apartment to sea/hotel/parking- there are small cars inside complex but are difficult to catch. In apartment: we had just 2 TV's although it was advertised one in each room (so 2 missing) in the kitchen we had insects (aunts), outside lights were not functioning, no cleaning during our 6 nights stay (just garbage taken and towels change). Beach with stones or concrete (not very suitable for small children)- but i suppose this is common for the area. Parking extra cost / expensive and we had an incident there/ a chemical substance poored on the top of the car, unfortunately we understood this after reaching home (to rent a car office).

Review 2：Good resort location and excelent view though the 3 bedrooms premium apartments are far from sea, quiet place with generous space, low density buildings in resort and nice gardens/ landscape, nice children swimming pool (exterior), good split /quality /facilities of apartment , nice terrace with table.

Review 3：Water dripping to my bed from ceiling during a stormy night. I mentioned it when checking out, but the receptionist did not seem to bother about it too much. Apartment interior is rather simple, impersonal, but functional. Not enough hot water from boiler for two bedrooms.

Review 4：Croatia has really surprised us. Plenty of swimming pools (outside, inside), clean beach, wonderful gardens, generous modern spaces, breakfast from 7 until 11. The main building with spa, gym, swimming pools, bars and restaurants looks fabulous. And fantastic views since it is all situated on a hill. Go to see Novi Vinodolski downtown (historical heart with tavernas, bars, ice cream, etc.) located some 20 min from hotel by foot.

Review 5：Quite expensive to eat/drink in the restaurants or by the pools. Quality of food wasn't the best (boring, very standard).

Review 6：Large, spacy and clean apartment (we had a 2 room apartment). Plenty of storage room. 2 very nice and modern bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen compared to all other places we have been. There was a separate wifi router in our room, so the internet connection was very good. Short walk to all the pools or the ocean (fantastic, clear water : ). The kids' pools and play area is the best! Heated pools so temperature was perfect.

Review 9：Great pity that a hotel and apartments are poorly maintained and has neglected appearance (mess in the pool, mold in the bathroom, dirt in the corners, etc.). Parking in front of the resort is free, but there are few parking spaces, parking in garage costs 10EUR / day ....

Review 10：We were staying in an apartment a family type 3 in building number B6, apartment number 807 and 808. Both apartments are identical, decorated in green and blue colors, they are on the ground floor and have small balconies with lateral sea side view. The apartments are clean, it has a large living room with dining area and kitchen and two separate bedrooms, each with large wardrobe and two bathrooms. The apartments have a lot of storage space and good facilities. There are cleaning products, equipment for ironing, clothes dryer, bathrooms Dove liquid soap, kitchen towels, sponge for dishes, etc ... The kitchen is well equipped for simple cooking, refrigerator is 120 liters, there is no el. kettle. Each rooms has its own air conditioning. Cleaning is daily (including garbage from the kitchen) but at different times - mostly in the afternoon or evening. Overall it's a very nice accommodation for those, who require plenty of space and does not insist on standard five-star hotel because the apartment has three or four stars in the central European standard. The resort has a lot of nice pools with plenty of deck chairs, beach towels available (exchange without charge), there are hot tubs, which are rarely in operation, there is a large indoor spa pool with bubbles, hot tubs and loungers, bars and restaurants, a nice garden and a private beach with free deck chairs. The resort is large for transport you can use the hotel shuttle which goes in the complex at all times.The beach is rocky and you need to have water shoes. Better access to the sea from the beach, close to the spa. The sea is very clean, there is a slight sea current. Resort recommend for all, who do not mind that it's not five-star category by Central European standards, and wants to spend a relaxing vacation at clear sea with a very good standard of accommodation and good standard of service.

Review 11：Most of the staff is unpolite, unwilling, seaside seems to be a construction area. There is nothing (shops, bars, promenade with life). Only 3 children chairs in the restaurant for dozen of kids..For this price you can find much better places then this is. I do not recommend.

Review 19：Lots of walking because there isn't always a golf cart to take you where you want to go. We had to carry our own luggage to the main lobby at check out because there were no golf carts to take us at the time we had to leave. There were ants all over our kitchen table every day.

Review 43：Quality of the place was a little inconsistent: some parts unfinished, others already in the need for refurbishment. Quality of services was likewise a bit inconsistent: some things were excellent, but a seasoned traveler would raise an eyebrow on a couple of occasion. Sea access is rough with minimal landscaping. If you are a fan of resorts and you get a good price, this could be a nice place to spend vacation. If no and no - then you can find better deals in the area.

Review 44：I do not usually visit resorts but this place was a nice surprise. Comfortable, well designed and well equipped apartments, nice staff, good location, many pools, nicely designed shared areas. The spa complex is close to the sea. Although we visited in the highest season it did not feel crowded.

We had a "premium family appartment" - the interior was rediculous, old-fashioned, made to win a bad taste contest! 1hour for checkin, 1 hour for checkout. Restaurant's food is mediocre, then overpriced. Invoice was wrong, not the price we had booked on booking.com! Absolutely overcrowded (e.g. restaurant). Novi is way below any European standards but it thinks it is "luxury". rediculous. We would NEVER go there again.

Review 79：We went to Novi Spa this weekend for the fourth time and it was our lasttime I suppose. At first just fyi for those who are booking this hotelthrough agencies: sandy beach is not existing, never was here. There areonly ordernary beach sunbeds on the beach, nothing like"luxury" you maybe saw on picture from web site. Food isawful, except pool bar in spa. Second bar and a-la card restaurantaren't opened at all. On arriving with children you getting kidsprogram full of information about special events and disco.Unfortunately those events not happening just because it's not highseason still. And as a final bonus there was a situation when someclients on the beach got their champagne but when others asked about itwaiter said they should go to the bar and order themselves. Later itbecame known that those clients were some top managers of the hotel and"simple" people couldn't receive that service. There areso many small moments so it's really hard to list all of them. Forexample empty fridge for icecream and nobody can tell you when it willbe full (Novi Spa position themself as family, suitable and comfortablefor children), one barman at reception bar saying they are not servingcocktails here at all and next day they've been served. You waitingat the reception desk more than 20 minutes for check out while ladyfilling some papers.In conclusion I should say that current management are not professional at all and they are ruing business which started not bed actually a few years ago.

Review 83：This resort is superb in every way. My adult son and dsughter and myself had the best holiday ever. The staff were wonderful, the gym is the best we have ever seen, the swimming pools were exceptional. My daughter attended lots of fitness classes (yoga, fitness training etc.) and we all used the gym, the massages, the swimming pool and the sun loungers. Our apartment was very comfortable and our balcony looked out over the sea with a magnificent view of the island of Krk. We were just above the beach - couldn't have been better. And just to add to that, the weather was perfect except it rained on the last day when we were packing to go home.

Review 84：Cold water in swimming pools. Ok only when it's baking hot outside. Verybad food!!! I Eat better in some 4-star hotels when we travelled asstudents to Egypt or Tunis...and prices in the restaurants are very high-like in the centre of any European capital. Appartments haven't beencleaned at all, except occasional change of towels. Spa is reallynothing, just some cold sea water.... On top of that children areadmitted there and they play, cry and pee in the water - nothing but arelaxing area. Don't reserve the parking for 10 eur a day - u can justpark one level higher, outside - still a supervised parking from a hotel- for free!
