Review 1：The Michelin starred restaurant was closed for the season!

Review 2：Rooms are spacious with nice furniture and accessories; large bathroom with spacious shower. Excellent food.

Review 3：Beside the beauty of the estate L'Andana promote itself with two competitive advantiges for the guests: Michelin-starred restaurant and the SPA. But, on the L'Andana web page there were no given information that the restaurant closes at the end of September until .... The SPA had some technical problems and there were no hot water in the pools. The water in the big pool did not looked clean and the SPA had dirty floor. Also the furniture in the SPA need to be replaced with new one. We did not get what we came for. Restaurant service is not on the lever for 5-star hotel. The exeption is only one employee who was really professional.

Review 4：L'Andana is very charming and settled estate. It offers peace and opportunity for relaxation. At least out off the season.

Review 5：The pools were not heated, so kids and us could not swim (water was around 16 degrees). Take lots of chemistry not to get stung by the leathal little tiny mosquitos (they are all over tuscany!)

Review 6：Wonderful setting with very helpful and professional staff, comfi beds and relaxing rooms of good size, love the bathrooms with the big sized bathtub. Beautiful gardens invite to chill. Surroundings of hôtel give you good variaty to eat around and walk on the large beaches.

Review 8：the countryside can take a little adjusting for city dwellers for example, it was so dark at night time it felt a little scary! also you can really only get here if you are driving a car.

Review 9：excellent hotel facilities, great countryside location, friendly attentive staff, great food. Quick tip - grosseto town is only 10 minutes drive from here and is packed full of nice restaurants and cafes. It's not really on the tourist map but still great. also Castiglione della Pescaie has a great beach which was almost empty at this time of year - perfect for a long walk.

Review 10：Mosquitos were a bothersome problem during this October season as it has rained a lot this year. The wifi was intermittent but functionable.

Review 11：Location was fantastic in scenery and in the ability to walk on the lovely premises. The delux double was great with an amazingly gorgeous bathroom! Full option breakfast, a must for us. A knowledgable Sommelier with good selection of wines. We enjoyed the meals prepared by the chef. Staff is friendly and helpful. Sunsets were gorgeous and having a drink, smoking a cigar was a treat. Better to have a rented car to see the nearby villages as the costs increment when hiring taxis or private tour companies. We did enjoy our stay very much!

Review 13：Location. The coast is a short drive and scenery around the hotel (set in a 500 acre property) is magic. Restful ambience. The staff were superb: Luca, Monica, Grigilio, Anton, Paolo just to name the few who were so good to us. The facilities are just outstanding such that we extended our stay!

Review 14：This was my second time staying at l'Andana and it was even more exceptional. We got a room upgrade as we came back for a special occasion. The staff was super helpful. The hotel's restaurant (la Trattoria) is beyond any expectations with great service too. So l'Andana is a truly luxury hotel worth visiting!

Review 25：The main problem was staff: each time they forgot about baby menu, they could say that we come for a lunch not in time, they could forget about order. Another story about cleaning service in the room. Each time at was like a favor... They asked as to call them to make a cleaning. And about wet cleaning I've asked in a written message. Regarding food. It was second point. Breakfasts are poor, lunch and dinner too. Special story with lamb - they were cooking very long time and in the end it was raw... We hope that it was just a beginning of the season and then everything will be fine.
