Review 1：there was no sign in the front of this large building. We wouldn't even had pulled into this place but our Google maps said it was in here. We wandered around and finally found a sign in the back but couldn't find the check in desk. Finally we went to the front of this building to ask about Sol levanter and found to our surprise that this was the check in desk. Only after we said we were too old to climb 2 or 3 flights of stairs did the check say he would give us a room on the 1 st floor which was up a spiral stairway. There were only 5 cars parked there so we knew there wasn't a full floor taken.

Review 2：It had plenty of towels and a working kitchenette.

Review 3：I needed my car to reach the location. Although it is in optimal position to reach Frascati and Rome.

Review 5：The walls between the rooms are very thin. Next door stayed a family with two kids. one could hear every whisper, even with earplugs.

Review 9：Quite far from the Frascati center and a railway station for a walk. One should have a car to stay there. Breakfast is served in a bar. Only snacks are available in a menu.

Review 10：Spacious 2-bedroom suite with kitchen and nice window view just for 43 euros/night. Great quality-to-price ratio. Staff is responsive though there were some difficulties in communication.
