Review 1：Where do I start.I have been to Bali on a number of occasions and one of the reasons I keep coming back is because my love for the Balinese people and culture so I was so excited to be coming over again with 2 of my best friends to show them around this beautiful place.I can't begin to tell you how this opinion has now changed.Our 20 minute airport transfer took 1.5 hours due to traffic as the trip went on the driver became more and more frustrated and at one point gave us the option to get out and walk as the intersection was closed - considering we didn't know where we were going this wasn't an option.We had now been travelling for over 7 hours (inc of flight) so needless to say when we finally arrived at the villas we were exhausted and excited to see our room as it was now 6:30pm. After fluffing around in a reception that had no fans or air conditioning we were asked to give a 500,000 rupiah deposit which was news to us but handed over the cash.We were walked to our villa (9) and the minute the staff member opened the door I knew we were in for a long night.When I tell you the room was NOTHING like the pictures in the booking.com website I mean NOTHING like it. For starters, the reason my gf's and I decided to stretch our budget and go for a private villa with pool over a hotel room was because we planned on spending everyday by the pool in our private villa enjoying relaxing and only going out in the evening for dinner.As we walked in the entire villa was in darkness even with the lights turned on. Our pool had a roof over the entire thing and for a "4 guest" villa there was only 2 day beds. The small amount of sun that actually reached the courtyard was cut out by a huge hotel who's balcony look out over our villa! A far cry from being private or sunny!We didn't even bother looking any further.

Review 3：On check out I had to ask for a print out of my bill, it was taking ages so I said I would just pay on the understanding of what the guy at reception said - in between times the machine he used to try and process my cards (went through 3 to be sure) turns out there was another card machine behind the desk that worked straight away and by that time another person had come and got the print out for me - which turned out to be cheaper than what I was verbally told. I wouldn't have minded and was going to tip anyway but that made me a bit weary and unimpressed. I was also under the impression that the "mini bar" was complimentary however it wasnt - for the price paid it probably should have been.

Review 4：Staff we overall lovely, villa was nice - bit dated and could do with a re paint but it was clean and everything worked. Quiet location, villas were private and room service wasn't bad. Would stay again on cheaper rates possibly.

Review 12：1) The charges to send guest to airport, kuta or seminyak area is quite expensive compared to outside taxi which you can easily get a taxi within 5 mins. 2) lots of mosquitoes inside the villa. That is why they provided insecticide in the room. I am not sure is it a common issue in Bali hotels.

Can take taxi ~ 6 USD per taxi. 5) Private breakfast service. They come to your kitchen to boil water, prepare orange juices, very presentable breakfast arrangement. Feel like VIP!!

Review 14：It's a minor thing: the view of our villa (the pool/veranda area) was the balconies of rooms from the hotel next door, but all the comforts more than make up for it.

Review 15：The villa my friends and I stayed at was a two-bedroom one. It was very comfortable, with a small private pool. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I love that you can ask to have breakfast in the villa, which the staff will prepare for at your requested time. Great value for money.

Review 16：No privacy! The swimming pool area is exposed to the next building. And there were some workers from that building who were watching us while we swim! That was so rude and so uncomfortable! We had to scold them and told them to go away!! And well, no sun coming in for sunbathing! Also you should have provided an electric water kettle, not a broken handle traditional kettle in the kitchen. The floor mats are all very dirty too.

Review 18：Breakfast was a little cold- except the omlette which soon became a favourite! & our private pool was shaded pretty much all day so not ideal if you like a lot of sun.

Review 19：The villa was absolutely spotless, very modern, was like home from home, the beds were so comfy and huge we actually wish we had spent more time inside enjoying the comfort! It's about a 10-15minute walk to Seminyak square or even better the villa provided free daytime transport to drop you offer whenever. All the staff were very friendly and always smiled and greeted you. Wifi was accessible everywhere.

Review 20：The villa is next to a 5 Floor hotel.. So everyone can see what u re doing because the villa wall wasnt high enough... Also the breakfast menu was very limited variation .. Which Will make u bored if u stay more than 3 days.. Plus.. Nothing u can find near By the hotel... So absolutly not recomended.

Review 21：The villa is open through outside. so, ther are many ants around the sweety fruit in the kitchen. At the night, a wild cat came downstairs. we was surprised. the cat was too. but it didn't hurt us. and the cooker is not clean.

Review 43：Our stay was a disaster from the start. What was supposed to be a nice end to our holiday ruined or trip. Nothing was working in our villa when we arrived including the pool and air cons. All the fridge shelves were broken and not usable. The bath was not able to be used. The sheets and towels were stained. And to top it off the construction site next door right on the other side of the fence to our villa was running until 11.30 each night. When we asked to be moved we were told they only had 3 bedroom villas and add we were in a 2 bedroom they couldn't change is. They also wouldn't refund the money. We were stuck there. Will never again stay in this place.

Review 44：I think an electric kettle and a larger toaster in the Villa would be my only suggestion. The gas was very slow for boiling a kettle. The toaster was rather small for several people.

Review 46：The Royal Villa for 3bedroom doesn't have air conditioning in the living room. The air cooler does not give its function as the room is still very hot.

Review 50：- Some of Indonesian food on the menu are not really Indonesian, already mixed with western food (e.g. Gado2 with french fries)... - No in-room washer & dryer - Bathroom curtain is not that clean (has dark spots), shampoo/bath gel bottles cannot dispense the content, probably clogged up and need to be cleaned.

Review 51：- gorgeous villa - nice private pool with a good size (will be better if it's not that deep, so will be also suitable with people who are not good swimmer like my husband) - excellent service and staffs - spa in room - breakfast in room is prepared so nicely..and the breakfast food are great too (we chose American breakfast and Continental breakfast)

Review 52：Loved the staff, all were kind, friendly, helpful and attentive. On our arrival they made many phone calls to find our lost luggage. The staff were always happy to recommend places to eat and very happy to take us by shuttle to shopping and other restaurants. Danoya is also in a quiet location.

Review 57：On last day we specifically requested a meal with no nuts, the chef included some satay (with nuts) which was sent back. The second time it came out, there were still nuts inside the noodles which prompted an emergency trip to the doctor down the road. The kitchen had been fine with no nuts for rest of the week but mysteriously couldn't get it right this time. Construction noise most of the day and night Shower rail in our bathroom was an extendable one that kept falling off instead of being fixed in. TV reception a bit fuzzy

Breakfast was light on in the Bacon department, had to advise staff that a small piece of rind on a plate was not Bacon! On several occasions requested more Bacon to compliment the breakfast meal. No milk available for coffee and or tea in refrigerator.

Also suggested several dinning areas to attend for evening meals. If they fix a few of the finner details of Bacon and milk then this villa will exceed future expectations.

Review 69：The 2 villas were too dirty, bedroom, bathroom, living room, bed sheets,towels and the swimming pool. Every thing was terrible .. I checked outnext day instead of staying for 5 nights !! This villas management andbooking.com shall go thru their "5 stars evaluation" becauseit really doesn't deserve more than 1 star.

Review 71：when I was there the next door neighbour were building a new Hotel and it makes the Villa not private and a bit dirty and noisy. Even it extent till late 9 PM, luckyly the room is damper well so the noise is excluded from the inside.

Review 72：I like the location of the place, its not far from Seminyak center and to UBUD and other places just took 1-2 hours drive, nice. The villa its clean and tidy, though they can use a bit of detail cleanning of the place.

Review 73：Maybe location was a bit out of main Seminyak area shopping but very good restaurants close by - Metis, Slippery Stone and Naughty Nuri's. Only a 10 minute taxi to shopping so that was not a big negative

Review 74：Very friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us - we had two 3 year old twin girls and a 17 year old niece which leads to a variety of needs but the staff met all our needs without any fuss. Excellent accommodation - large villa with all modern facilities. Free shuttle bus excellent - no worries with dropping us to Waterbom Park. Bali Zoo and Kuta/Legian shopping area.

Review 76：Very comfortable stay though the work going besides the villa creates noise which is irritating. We had good company and guidance from the always cheerful driver Sutama. He showed all the important places around. The staff is very decent and humble and very helpful. they prepared excellent veg breakfast which was also very well presented on the table !!!!
