Review 1：Lots of ants and insects. Staff got rid off them very quickly though. Air conditioning did not cool down the suites as Bali Climate was very hot and humid.

Review 3：The restaurant downstairs was a little hot and there were a few flies at different eating periods due to openness of the restaurant. Our room was just above the eating area and the live music was a little loud on one occasion..

Shops, great restaurants and other popular destinations in Bali were only a short distance away, making travel simple and accessible. The room and amenities at the hotel were fantastic, and we look forward to our next visit in one of the luxury villas.

Review 5：Because of peak season room/bed configuration wasn't available and for the first night I stayed in single be suite but couldn't check in till 4pm reception said my room will be available tomorrow. I dropped door keys off reception at 9am and went out until 3pm (I was told the room would be ready at 1pm) room wasn't ready and told to wait until 5pm it is was lucky for me that my sister had a room at the hotel so I could wait there until the room was available. My last night there the hotel had a Aussie steak and ribs night. Got there at 7 for the buffet. No food. Ordered dinner 2 hours later we Ended up leaving the restaurant tired and hungry. We were very patient as Aussies don't have a good reputation for manners in Bali but when you're told 10 mins the food will be ready over and over again it's hard to. Buffet breakfast must be there before 7pm or it gets too busy room service doesn't have a great selection. Sorry but I will never stay here again

Review 9：Worst check-in ever. Room not ready two hours after check-in time, management didn't care, tv didn't work, unreliable wi-fi, bathroom needs urgent upgrade. Check out the slowest I have seen. But worst of all, they sit there and allow people to smoke in the pool and butt their cigarettes in the water. Disgraceful. They have lowered their rates and standards.

Review 10：Good location and some staff, mainly in the restaurant are good. Special mention for Desi. Lunch and dinner in the restaurant are good quality. Breakfast is poor.

Review 13：The rooms aren't the cleanest, even after the cleaners had been in the floor was still dirty and there was random clumps of hair around the place. The plug in the shower didn't drain so the bath started filling whilst you showered. There was no ventilation or fan in the bathroom so it would get incredibly stuffy in there - you could see damage on the roof from condensation. With a touch of TLC this hotel could be AHHMAZING!!! It looks as though the maintenance hasn't been kept up and the cracks are starting to show. Photos are definitely from when the hotel first opened, we only stayed because of the reviews but once arriving couldn't understand why it was so highly reviewed.

Review 14：The location of the hotel is perfect. Right in the middle of Seminyak where you want to be. Close walking distance to everything you could possibly want. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Surely common sense could have prevailed. Most hotels accept a valid card. My card was already credited as having paid. It was a real inconvenience.

Review 46：We opted for the in-house breakfast for our first morning and to be completely honest it was just inedible the fruit had no flavour and was not ripe, all the bread/pastries/cereal were stale, juice tasted like off cordial and omelette was soggy we opted for surrounding cafes for all other breakfasts. This needs a major improvement. Every staff member we encountered even walking along the hallways were divine!! always saying hello or good evening and always doing so a genuine smile. HOWEVER we did have quite a large problem, the hotel accidentally charged the villa to my boyfriend's credit card twice! upon speaking to management (who said they would follow up fix up and contact me later that day) really just did nothing and were unapologetic and very relaxed about the whole thing. I had to constantly chase them up about it multiple times a day where they gave me the same "we don't know we're waiting to hear back from our bank" line each time. It dramatically affected our stay we were stressed out the entire time and could not relax which I had articulated to the managers Adi and Ryan each time. I found their approach and attitude to us as paying customers highly unprofessional and deeply upsetting. In the end we had to leave for Ubud and I had still not received any word from the hotel as to what was going on. We were extremely frustrated after many failed attempts with the hotel and kept in contact with our bank instead the charge was reversed once we arrived in Ubud but by that point the damage was done and still we had no word. Hopefully this doesn't happen to any other couples in future.

Review 47：The villa was amazing so perfect for what we were looking for! our private pool was large and we felt so secluded. Our butler Marcel was AMAZING such a lovely man who always had a smile on his face and helped us with anything we needed despite having a knee injury. Was very sad not to be able to say goodbye to him Our villa was always impeccably clean as we had a team of gardeners and cleaners each day. Completely in love with the bath and the array of bath oils and candles to chose from. Location was also very good however we found ourself travelling down to the other side of Seminyak to get to the nicer restaurants and cafes. Great showers (one outside was perfect for when you just hopped out of the pool) all the amenities were great but just need to re-grout the sinks as they were leaking quite a bit Highly recommend using the hotel spa one of the best massages i've had in a very long time!

Toilet has quite alot of ants. received letter fm hotel to change room due to water leakage to below room. But in the end, told us don't need to change as they blocked out below unit instead. Breakfast so so only. Almost the same thru out my 5 days.

Review 57：Only thing that would be a downer was the unstable wifi. Could only connect 2/8 days we stayed, and even then it was not super stable. If you have your own internet plan it shouldn't be an issue though. I think I've spent a lot of money putting my phone on roaming! (I don't have an unlocked phone so couldn't get a SIM card, so make sure you unlock your phone before you go away).

Review 58：Lovely staff, had a great stay - wasn't in the main part of Seminyak with all the best/most talked about cafes/restaurants and bars but was a good distance between seminyak and Kuta if you are going to those places and like walking. And it was on the main road with all the shops etc. Very cheap cab fare to get anywhere anyway so can't complain too much. We stayed in a suite so in the building furthest away from the hustle and bustle and it was very peaceful and quiet. There was a pool right outside our balcony as we were on the ground floor. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Review 60：heads up. was asked for a cash deposit by the receptionist for mini bar but couldn't get it back despite not using anything. managed to get hold of the guy on the phone but he denied it. felt fooled by their smiles and "warm" service. cannot be trusted. stay somewhere better for peace of mind.

The wifi was already quite poor which we did not expect from this kind of hotel. Also when we were trying to check in, there was some confusion as we had had to book the room on the day, and staff were quite rude and lacked communication about what was happening. Generally, the hotel is nice but for the price it wasn't up to standard.

Review 66：The location is highly recommended, there are many good restaurants with walking distance and the beacch is less than 10 minute walk. You also have many massage therapist to chose from and on the other side of the resort is the airconditioned shopping as well as stall shops. Ive come here so many times and keep finding myself coming back. The loyalty of this resort is amazing. While i was there last they put together a cocktail party for all the repeat customers to the hotel. It was by the poolside during sun down and we got to meet many of the staff and other cusotmers. It was absolutely beautiful

Was woken by staff setting up each morning & there was an annoying loud telephone that rang in that area. Service by wait staff in restaurant was hit & miss. Forgot coffee one morning & ordered a chicken blt for lunch that didn't arrive.. So cancelled it after waiting 45mins. Although in the bigger scheme of things not big issues, however the little things do add up! Would I stay again? Not sure...

Review 82：The treatments by ATMA spa was the highlight of the trip. Also, the breakfast selection was superb.

We had to queue for microwave because limited stock which we ended didnt get it. I hope they told use when check in. Bathroom with tubs is a bit high, i have bruises just to climb in and out. Wifi password keep changing without being informed and key access also failed 1 day before check out. It's a bit annoying.

I was also disappointed to not have my request for a ground floor room close to the pool. Instead I felt quite isolated up on th 4th floor with a very long walk to the nearest lift. 4. We split our 7 days in two stays - 3 night stay in Haven Bali Seminyak due to its location and 4 nights in luxury 5 star hotel in Nusa Dua. We liked Have Bali Seminyak hotel much better due to the following reasons: - perfect location. It is the only decent hotel located right on Jalan Raya (shopping street) - two long pools (you can actually work out in them and do laps) - good spa (a bit expensive but high quality) - best breakfast we had in Indonesia - room was upgraded and it was better than in 5 star hotel

Poorly cleaned, old shower and very noisy. When I complained about the noise (at 3am) the reception staff laughed... the next day the manager (?) was very apologetic and gave me a new room: an old, poorly cleaned room. The worst experience in a hotel in Bali.

Review 124：When we arrived to the hotel (after long hours of traveling) they said they couldn't find our reservations when we clearly showed all of our emails. The manager said they were fully booked. It seemed that they gave our rooms away. After a few minutes the manager said he found our reservations but he put our rooms seperately and we were put all the way to the top floor in the corner. The bathroom was especially dirty. We also saw how the cleaning man cleaned the room and he didn't clean very well. The AC in our room also didn't work properly.

Review 127：The towels smelt funny so we asked for new ones and they didn't believe us which was a bit awkward. And I asked for a quiet room but we were situated above the band which played late into the night. Breakfast not worth it.

Review 129：There are constructions very close to the hotel, we had a problem in resting in the room, we were moved to another location however the noise was still reaching our ears, so we could not enjoy staying at our room in peace. We lost stuff from our room and we asked the reception to investigate about that, after almost a week they only said that they have carried out investigation and they apologize for not being able to do anything about it. The reception people were not cooperative and did not show any kind of regret or tried to compensate us for any kind of in kind apology. We had to check out a night before our expected checking out time, the hotel was reception and management were so uncooperative on that matter, while it could have been solved in a nicer way.

Review 131：Self catering facilities were a little limited, but a quick phone call to the desk fixed that up within minutes.

Review 132：Great staff, great location and great rooms. Our suite was fantastic. Our friends were so impressed when they visited us during our stay that they have now booked the Haven for their Xmas holiday.

Review 133：we woke up several times with bites on our body that we could only put down to bed bugs... We then asked for an extra cover which was given immediately and slept on top of the duvet, had no problems after that. The suites are worth having instead of just room.

Review 134：Good location - the staff were absolutely amazing! Nice pool areas and big rooms! The free shuttle to there beach club was a massive perk. Having a beach club aswell meant you didn't get lots of people trying to sell you things!

Review 135：was given me a different room compare to what i have book online, and i have also follow up another separate email to make sure they give me my booking of the double room, However i notice the staffs was not very fair when dealing with ppl like us Asian and a westerner, i check ed in at the counter first and the staffs tell me no Double room which i have book but a twin room, however i ask for refund and want to go somewhere else then he manage to get a room for me, when i walk past i saw the guest standing beside me was given a nice double room with pool view. Which i have over heard the guest was just check in n with no pre booking before. When i asked why then they decide to give me my double room. I will not go back. wehave 2 booking at that hotel on same trip.Well Asian was not treated fairly. Kindly know that we paid too, nothing less.

Review 137：Unacceptable behaviour from the staff !!! We booked 2 bedrooms for 2couples on ebooking (double bed, notified by a message during mybooking). When we arrived there, the staff confirmed our reservation of2 bedrooms, took my credit card imprint, and after that, just said"by the way, the 2 bedrooms are only with separate beds". Whenwe asked for an upgrade or for another solution, 3 solutions wereoffered to us:- keeping those 2 bedrooms with separate beds for our last night in Semyniak, especially booked in a fancy hotel - paying $50 more to be offered a suite with 2 double bed rooms and a living room - and, I quote, "or you can cancel and leave" Adding to that that the upgrading proposition was shown on a beautiful and all prepared book, with all the option (for 20$ more, you can have a that.. for 50$ more, you can have the suite...) --> All is well prepared, if they saw 2 couples they force you to pay 50$ more to have a suit. 50$ more in Bali is huge and really unacceptable!!!! We had no choice, took that option (you don't really want to look for a room in semyniak at 4pm with all your luggages...), and 2 hours after, the room was not ready!!! We also realised that the couple arriving just after us had a room with double bed with no worry. We also realised that the 2 separate beds could be easily joined together, as it was the case in one of the room of the suite. When we asked to talk to a french speaking manager, someone mentioned Joan. But right after, we have been respond that "Joan is no longer working here". No commercial gesture has been done. Wifi was not working AT ALL. --> Great hotel, GREAT SWINDLING If that hotel could consider their clients as clients, and not as dupes, that would be a big change.

Review 138：- Great quality bedding- Good breakfast (well varied) - Quiet good situation closed to Seminyak beach but not so close to spots such as shops of Kuya Aya / Night life (Kudata/Potatoe Head..)

Review 140：Great location, just a five minute walk from the beach. Plenty of restaurants steps away. Friendly staff, eager to help. Beautifully maintained facilities, excellent service.
