Review 1：When we stay we god problem with air conditioner, weather in bali hot and weather in our rooms bad

Review 3：No bad experiences but also not a lot of the little touches that make everything feel cared for and loved. Quite ultilitarian.

Review 4：Location is very good with excellent access to local restaurants and shops. Easy to get taxis to go to specific places. The villa was very private and the pool was excellent. Staff were respectful of privacy and even if the gate was unlocked they sang out and did not enter until we acknowledged them and said - yes you may come in. It is possible to have breakfast delivered to your villa each morning even if, for some unknown reason they seem to discourage this and would prefer you come up to the breakfast room.

Review 6：No bad experiences, however I would recommend that they clean the alfresco black stone benchtop with some good product to get rid of the stains and mount the bedroom TV on a pivot arm, as it is very difficult to view the TV from the bed.

Review 7：Excellent Location, in the heart of Seminyak, but hidden down a very quiet secure private access lane, so once your away from the husstle & busstle you can retreat into your own private villa. Shops & restaurants just outside on main road and only 15min walk to beach. I took notice of other comments and requested a villa half way down the access path, which was lovely & quiet, around villa number 105/205, 106/206 is perfect, the front ones can get noise from next doors roosters very early in the morning!

Review 8：Hotel food and length of time to get it.. Also only clean room in the morning no turn down service. Also next door have chickens which is a nightmare if staying at the front of property

Review 10：Didn't like that the air-con was directed onto the bed. In the end we left the air-con in the bathroom on and turned the one in the bedroom off and this perfectly cooled the bedroom.

Review 11：The location is great, close to the beach and with lots of restaurants near by. The villa's also feel very spacious, they were very private, but without being boxed in.

Review 12：The wi-fi was very very poor. Did not get to stay connected for more than 5mins during the whole of 2 nights stay. Informed staff but nothing was done.

Review 19：Only 2 sunbeds were provided for a 2 bedroom villa, no umbrellas & shade was minimal , only 1 two seater lounge in living area so not conducive to sitting around together comfortably ( 2 beanbags as alternative or dining chairs) TV attached to wall in bedroom had no swivel arm so viewing difficult unless sitting on the couch, low occupancy meant no buffet breakfast inhouse (limited menu options as alternative)
