Review 1：The room is not really looked after well. The rugs seemed not very clean. The TV was sitting on the floor! Room did not seem to have been done up well.
Review 2：Staff was very courteous. The breakfast part was the most delightful. You felt like being served by someone who cares a lot for you.

Review 4：When we got there they didnt know the booking was done, luckily they had rooms available. NOBODY in the hotel spoke english, just hungarian and german. They put us in a room with airco broken so we had to sleep with 26/27 degrees. After 10PM there were no staff in the hotel so to go in you had to unlock the alarm and be in the room within 2 minutes. The rooms had no curtains so it was fully bright in the room at 5AM. We decided to leave 2 days before and they made us pay the FULL amount anyway.I would not recommended at all. And for the none hungarian none german speakers, nobody speaks any other language in the whole area.
