Review 1：The hotel is not big and still they had problems to manage it in busy times. It was definitely better with the old owner. It changed completely. You feel like a number out of thousands, no peronal contact ( what I had excepted compared to the size of the hotel). The old owner was way more appreciated. It is a pity.

Review 7：One minor point, the showers had low pressure & no hook on the wall for the shower hose. Was a little difficult & resulted in a bit of water on the floor. No major drama though!
Review 8：Everything! The staff were lovely, so hopeful and accommodating they really went out of their way to help out. They booked any tours and taxis that we required and were informative about prices we should expect to pay etc.
