Review 1：The cupboards and wardrobe were a little dated and probably due for an overhaul. Staff at the spa also took a long time to confirm the order of juices.

Review 2：The villas were very clean and cosy. Surprisingly bug-free.

Review 3：Property is old and gives jaded feel, cleanliness is not upto standard, room doors are not well serviced so had difficulties in opening or closing, no where near luxurious as it claims to be

Review 7：We had some plumbing problems in our villas and a rodent one night, but the staff were right on it and sorted it all out the next day and then provided free transport for the 12 of us all night, driving us between restaurants and bars in Seminyak as compensation.

Review 8：We stayed in the 5 bedroom Presidential Villa as a group of 8 women, it was fantastic. Best of both worlds with a private villa "compound" and also the use of all the hotel facilitates. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. Great location and huge place but still extremely quiet. We also got the use of a 3 bedroom villa on the day we checked out FOC, which also was amazing. Our friends stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, which although nice, the pool was small (plunge) and it had high walls so felt very small and dark. I would recommend going for a 3 bed or above villas and share with friends. This place is perfect for adults and friends, but i personally wouldn't take children there as i think they would get bored and would l prefer a busier resort pool and activities. I will definitely be back again with friends.

Review 9：Our first two days were spent in a very noisy villa which backed onto a staff services laneway. At night when staff were leaving the voices and motorbikes kept us awake. It was the same in the morning at 6 when they were arriving. We then moved to a much quieter villa. The laneway from the main road to the villas has private residences. We were in the habit of getting the Peppers buggy to the Main Road along this laneway then walk back on our return. One particular day we came across a very aggressive dog which followed us then turned and growled. It was enough to put the wind up us, so we always returned in taxis. It would be great if you could buzz Peppers from the main road to collect you in the buggy for the trip back down that laneway.

Review 10：The villas are very well appointed. The beds are comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always asking if there was anything they could do for you, or if you were happy with your villa.

And also the last day of our stay, when a fashion show was on, we were not treated very well and for a paying customer who had been there for9 nights, it felt like we was an inconvenience to the resort. Review 27：We stayed in the 4 Bedrooom Presidential Villa with my nephew, wife and three kids 1, 5 & 7, the villa is in the heart of everything and absolutely sensational, pool was crystal clean, breakfast was fantastic and the staff were on the job 24-7 trying to cater to our every need, we will be back and a special thankyou to the manager who orgaised the whole compounds internet to be turned up to the maximum so I could watch Australian live horse racing in my laptop . Close proximity to beach shops and restaraunts. It was my boys first experience here and they thoroughly enjoyed it all. Will come back for sure.

Review 56：I don't normally give my negatives as no one is perfect and especially when the positives far out way the 1 negative I experienced But, there's a young cowboy restaurant manager, at least I gathered he was that from the way he was talking down to all the staff, that needs a slap. My teenagers who have been exposed to the Hospitality industry all their lives were shocked at the way he addressed his team. Firstly, by being so loud that enabled us to be privy to the conversation and secondly by being so condescending and negative in nature. The team there served us well, why they did with such an arrogant supposed leader is testimony to their humble/polite nature and dedication to their workplace. Don't let my negative deter you as I'm sure this cowboy wont last there.

Review 57：the spacious two bedroom Villa for a family with teenagers was priceless. Easy access to the main road and hub of the Seminyak / Petitinget area. Surprisingly the food for a hotel restaurant was very good. We only dined there on our last night while waiting for our flight as there are so many foodie restaurants to choose from in the area. After you have breakfast there daily you unfortunately want to get out at night rather than dine in. The tapas food however did have soul. The wait staff in the restaurant were very polite and eager to serve us.

Review 58：the pool is too close to 1 bed room and the living room in the 5 bedroom villa. Not very close from the beach but i guess not much can be done for that !!

The breakfast was fantastic and staff very friendly and helpful. Restuarant food salt tapas was excellent. We has Xmas eve dinner and Xmas lunch there. The spa was lovely we had a foot reflexology treatment plus back massage The best was the our own villa pool in the hot weather.

Review 69：I stayed at Sentosa Villas 5 years ago and our recent visit was disappointing. The standards have not been kept up and our room was tired. The upholstery and furniture was badly marked and in need of refurb.
