Review 1：I was informed by booking .com it was 5km from ciampaino airport it was actually 16km away and cost me €50 each way for a taxi which i could ill afford I will be writing to booking.com for a refund of the taxi fare at least one way as I was led to believe it was much closer not suitable unless you have a vehicle

Review 18：Others have talked about the hotel being difficult to find. I provide this information for getting to the hotel. It's worth following to get to the front of the hotel and have the best access to the A1 freeway/autostrada. From the South, going North, get off the A1 at the Frascati Est Servico/Autogrille. From the North going South, get off the A1 at the Monte Porzio Catone Exit and get back on the A1 going North, then get off the A1 at the Frascati Est Servico/Autogrille (it's worth the extra E.70 that you have to pay). Once you are in the Autogrille, follow the signs to Hotel Roma Sud which can be reached directly from the Servico/Autogrille. If you decide not to follow the above instructions and are coming from the North, GPS took us to a place that doesn't appear to be the hotel. Actually, it is the back and there is a gate in the fence where you can push the call button and get in.

Review 20：The shuttle is not reliable at all. We had to get a taxi in and it is not close to anything. It cost us a whopping 25 euro to get from ciampino airport to the hotel then the shuttle was never available when we needed it. It ended up costing us a huge amount of money. I suggest you get a more expensive hotel in town as it really isnàt worth the hassle. it was also not sound proof, you can hear the doors slamming and the echos of the hall. Also, at night when the lovely girls at the office said we could use their computer as we dont have phones or laptops but when we asked the male on at night he told us the internet didnt work, then in the morning he organised the shuttle which is advertised as free but just to be difficult he told us we would have to pay eight dollars. really not a great place to stay. find somewhere closer, it will be worth the money

Review 21：The rooms were clean and the female staff members were very friendly. The male working during the day was also very friendly.

Review 22：Although the hotel can be easily accessed from the adjacent autostrada service area (it is at the back), Google Maps took us off the motorway and onto other roads to get there and we got lost for a while.... This is, of course, not the fault of the hotel!

Review 25：Hotel looks quite new, very clean. Boys at the reception were very attentive and helped to solve our problems, gave some advices. We arrived late in the evening (at about 10 p. m.), were hungry, the restaurant at the hotel was closed and there are no cafes nearby, but we had possibility to buy some snack at the nearby petrol station.

Review 26：Ignore your satnav. The postcode takes you to a lane at the rear. It's then a ten mile drive around frascati to the service area where the hotel is situated.
