Review 2：Amazing apartment, lovely hosts, well located in Perissa. Beautiful facilities, including the pool. Close to the supermarket, bakery, beach, restaurants and bus stop. They have breakfast option for 7 euros, we tried once and it was really nice.

We would come back to santorini just to stay here! So close to the beach and strip of restaurants, private parking at the rear. A gem of a place.

Review 9：Fantastic location, 2 mins walk to the beach where you could hire sun beds or if you ate in the the restaurant you got them for free! We booked a room in the new part of the hotel which cost a little more but worth it! Lovely & clean and we overlooked the pool. We arranged an airport pick up which was €25 each way but was worth it. We had a late flight and the facilities to shower & change were brilliant. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Review 10：If people only use public transportation, don't stay this area (Prissa). Nothing to do in the town. Going to Fira takes 40 min.... Going to Kamari (next town and more tourist area) is actually very far because between the towns has a huge mountain. You must go Fira and change bus to Kamari, so totally more than 1 hour... I hard there is a taxi boat however I could not see during the time because a bit strong wind. We totally bored and nothing time in the area.... We don't like black beach because we live along nice sandy beach area in Spain. It is better. I will only stay Fira or Oiha next time.

Review 12：This place is truly amazing. It is a breathe of fresh air on an Island full of average hotels. The staff and owners of the business are truly happy and excited that you are staying with them. I stayed at a few places in Santorini and this was far better than the others, and far better than I imagined. So relaxing and super close to beaches and places to eat. I would absolutely stay there again.

The owners went out of their way to help us, it was truly 10/10! The rooms were lovely with everything you could need and the pool facilities (2 pools) were amazing. Walking distance down to the beach and restaurants just topped everything off. Loved this place!!!!!

Review 18：This hotel is one of the best in Perissa, it looks like a doll house inside and out. Even though it is located literally in 2 minute walk from the seaside, you will not want to leave its grounds and two beautiful pools. The staff was extremely friendly and fun. The furniture, interior design was beautiful and always very clean. The rooms are spacious with kitchen, a few beds and huge balcony-terrace. One of the best hotels for this value I've ever tried in my life.

Review 22：Wonderful accomodation, very helpful and kind personell and definetely relaxing staying. The apartments are placed in a strategic position in Perissa, at 50 metres from the sea. For those who prefer being in a quite and less commercial location, Perissa is perfect as it guarantees the best beach in Santorini and the most valuable restaraunts at reasonable price. Our apartment was just facing the swimming pool, very clean and quite big. The apartment was nice, well designed and comfortable. Air conditioning perfectly working, cleaness ensured with a every day room service. The three brothers which run the structure are always smily and available,and make you feel at the same time home and in vacation. Just the wireless did not work perfectly, but this must be addressed to the high density of people trying to connect. I definitely recommend this location for your staying in Santorini.

Review 26：My boyfriend and I just stayed at Anastasia Princess and were absolutely amazed at the quality of service we received. I had an allergic reaction to something I ate in Greece, and Stavros and Lefiertes immediately called me a medical assistant to personally come pick me up and take me to the doctor. They also came to check on me at the doctor. WOW! I felt very cared for. Dennis was always available for help with anything we needed. The breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast we had in Greece. Overall, very impressed with Anastasia Princess.

Review 28：Friendliest family run hotel I have ever stayed in. All staff incredibly hard working to make your stay the best. Apartments cleaned everyday with sheets and towels. Pools spotless and always a sunbed. Breakfast same everyday but good value. Stavros and team will help organise anything for you. 2 mins to beach and village. Resort unspoilt. My husband was poorly when we were there and the team took me to the pharmacy twice and arranged for doctor to come to hotel. As an independent traveller this was so helpful in a difficult situation.

Our room was extremely clean, comfortable and newly decorated. We loved to stay at Anastasia Princess, magic atmosphere around the pool at night! Stavros and Lefteris are great, they made our stay a wonderful holiday. I definitely recommend this Hotel, and I really hope to return soon!!

In addition to that the facilities were beautiful and everything was spotless. I highly recommend staying here when coming to Santorini.

Review 35：The location is in Perissa Beach, which is 20 minutes from Fira and 30-35 minutes from Oia. This may be a drawback for some. I actually liked it more because it was away from the massive tourist traffic areas and the location was just a block from the famous Black Beach. While I felt this was a plus, some might think the location is a negative if unexpected. That being said, the bus station is just a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel and you can access any major sites. The staff can also arrange transportation for a fee that beats most taxi fares. Great place all around!

Review 36：The staff here is incredible. I could tell by their interaction with repeat customers that the stay was going to be perfect. By the time my girlfriend and I left, I felt like I was saying goodbye to old friends that I was visiting rather than hotel staff. Stavros is the man! He helped my gf acquire a cake and champagne for my birthday and make the occasion perfect. His recommendations for food and activities were spot on, and you could tell he was a local who knew where to go and where not to go. The entire staff goes above and beyond, showing the amazing Greek hospitality I have heard so much about and if you stay here you will not be disappointed. I cannot wait till I return to Santorini, as I will definitely stay here again.

Review 38：Anastasia Princess offers a selection of room types which made it ideal for our extended family group. The accommodation is attractively laid out and decorated, with two pool areas - the older one being more secluded. We only had the hotel breakfast on our last day but it was generous and varied. The owners are very helpful and friendly. They organised good value transfers from the airport.

Review 39：Our room layout meant having to walk from one bedroom through the other to the bathroom. Shame the small area next to main bedroom could not be converted into en suite facility of toilet and sink

Review 48：My boyfriend and I loved our stay at Anastasia Princess! We went to Santorini around May during low season. The staff was really nice and friendly, welcoming us when we arrived at night and recommended us good restaurants nearby. We stayed in a beautiful ensuite with a lovely double bed and another level with a single bed. The room looks even more beautiful in the morning. Everything is tidy and clean, the hotel provided new sheets and would reset the room properly everyday. The hotel is so close to Perissa beach, my boyfriend and I would go out for late night drinks before we head to the room. Our room had the view of the pools, which was really beautiful and luxurious. Anastasia Princess made my Santorini experience magical! I loved everything about my stay and just thinking about it makes me want to visit Santorini again! :D <3

Review 49：Stavros and his brother were so personal and welcoming, they made our stay very comfortable. We were upgraded to a delux apartment which was just perfect. It's a very quiet location with only a 2 minute walk to beach and restaurants.

Review 66：Upon arrival we were greeted and had our bags carried inside for us. We arrived early and the staff promptly cleaned our room for an early check in (free of charge) while we sat by one of the beautiful and clean pools. The staff organised our transfers and offered their local knowledge to make the most of our stay. Above and beyond service, cleanliness, and facilities all in a great location 150m away from the beautiful black sand beach!

Review 67：Perissa is an older beach town. The hotel is near the beach but adjacent to some half constructed, abandoned buildings. Our first room, on the standard side was small and tired looking.

You can't drink the tap water, it would have been nice to have the hotel provide this. Wifi was really patchy.

Review 79：There were a few amazing things around this hotel: the staff, the pool and the location. Those are the most important things when I am looking to book a hotel and you can not fault A.P on any of these things. We had problems with our initial transfer when we arrived, the hotel arranged for a refund for us for the inconvenience caused - so what could have been a terrible start to the trip, turned out to be excellent. Both pools are gorgeous. Perissa Beach is the best beach, and also the best spot on the entire island. I'm glad that we didn't stay anywhere else.

It is very close to restaurants and shops, Santorini's best beach is within a minute walk, the bus stop is nearby and so the quad rental place. There is a lot to see in Santorini, but one can also enjoy spending time at this hotel by the swimming pool.

Review 90：My partner and I stayed at Anastasia Princess for 8 nights in July. We couldn't be happier with the accomodation, which was cleaned daily. The staff were lovely and informative and made us feel extremely welcome. The breakfasts are amazing for just 5euros- the food just kept coming! The location is great, right in the heart of Parissa near all the best seafront restaurants. We hope to come back!

Review 91：Nothing, it was all lovely. We weren't allowed to bring our friends from another hotel to swim in our pool but staff said this was due to insurance issues so fair enough really.

Review 93：The location is outstanding if you want to be in Perissa or that side of the island. However, the drive to Fira town is 20 minutes. I would have liked to see tissues and shower soap for the price of the room and breakfast included in my rate.

Review 94：The hotel property is designed beautifully with lots of detail characteristic of the island. Everything was cozy and comfortable! Can't beat walking out of your room into the pool. You can stay there all day. It also felt very safe to allow my 7 yr old into the pool without us present. The family that runs the hotel is very warm, welcoming, and accommodating. We really enjoyed ourselves. Get a room with a fridge in Greece to at least chill your water and store some fruit. Restaurants and beach are half a block away. If you have young kids, go to Perissa beach, to the far left next to the mountain for more shallow swimming water. For 100 euro/night for a newly built pretty hotel, this was a very good value for Santorini.
