Review 1：Bathroom was cramped and bed was uncomfortable, The towels pretty much felt like sandpaper.

Review 4：The host is very friendly. They picked up me from the port and sent me to the port. Although my ferry is in the night, their son still sent me to the port on time. The room is also perfect. Clean and comfortable!!

Review 5：Beautiful! Less than 5 minutes to the beach in a very relaxed area. Rula and Cost as were wonderful and provided transport to and from the port, free of charge.

Review 6：I love Rula and her husband! They made us feel very welcome. The place is very cozy and just a few minutes walk to the beach and the bus stop. Rula helped organize our tours and I don't think we could've spent our days in Santorini any better. The rooms were very neat and the breakfast in the morning was simple but very filling. We also had free transportation to and from the airport which was very convenient. Over all it was an excellent stay and great value for money.

Review 7：Some rooms open out onto a small sitting area and look into other rooms, so often you can't have windows open because the people in the opposite room can see straight in, or hear everything in the bathroom if the window is open. There was a strong smell in the bathroom, I think the drains probably needed to be cleaned, so we kept the bathroom door shut the whole time. The beds are fairly solid, so not very comfortable.

Review 8：The staff are absolutely fantastic, speak great English and are so friendly and helpful with everything. The free transfer service to the ferry port or airport is so helpful and convenient, rather than taking the overcrowded busses with a smoking driver. The location is lovely, up the hill under the mountain and away from the loud busy strip next to the beach.

Review 10：Everything was great - the bathroom shower was a little small (especially for tall people).

Review 11：Beautiful location by the sea and mountain - far away from the hustle and bustle of tourist traps. Amazing owners! Our ferry got delayed coming in to the island and they picked us up at 1am in the night. Roula (the owner) is hospitality personified - she gave us great advice on what to see and arranged for us to be on a tour 30 minutes before it was scheduled to depart. The room was nicely decorated and the black beach is a 2 min walk away. Restaurants, bust stop and a convenience store are within a minute's walk.

Review 13：This place is heaven. Owners are very kind and they even offer free shuttle from airport which would be otherwise expensive. They are very kind persons always ready to help you to make your stay comfortable and giving you any kind of information about places to eat, what to do, excurions to book. My room had a spectacular view and a beautiful patio. Perissa itself I think is one of the most beautiful areas on Santorini island as it has a very nice pebble beach with clear water. If you are for example in Thisa or Oia it would be much longer for you to go at the sea. I strongly recommend this Villa Dimitris and Perissa :-)

Review 30：-Whenever we wanted a beach towel or talk with the owners they were never in the reception office -We booked a room with a kitchenette but were given a different room and charged the price of the original room booked -The beds were quite uncomfortable--very hard -The shower was in the corner where the roof slanted so it would have been difficult for a tall guest. The curtain didn't fully rap around the shower so water covered the toilet. -Towels were free but scratchy. -The floor was always wet, either from the shower or the toilet leaking. -A neighbors dog was barking every night even until the late hours. -We chose this Villa because it had a pool, but their profile didn't mention that it wasn't open yet.

Review 31：Location was ideal, it was right down the street from the food market, souvenir shops, restaurants, and the beach! The local bus stop was right next to the shops too. (2.20 each to Fira. 1.60 each to Oia from Fira) The owner graciously drove us to and from the airport even though it was 6am! The Villa was absolutely adorable and our room was cozy! We stayed in April 2015

Review 32：The owners picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry port. Even at 07:00 am! The hotel is situated on a not too busy part of the Island and it's nice and quiet. Very good seafood restaurant at the beach not even 5 min. away from the hotel.

Review 33：The location was really close to the beach, ancient thira and there were lots of options for dining in the area. Our room was a very good size and the balcony had a great view of the church and ocean in the background. The free port pickup and dropoff was really appreciated, especially for our night ferry.

Review 40：nice host couple. actually I made a mistake about checking-in, which troubled them a lot. they are very generous and kind to every guests. very clean and nice house with amazing location. just 2 mins walking to the beach.

Review 41：I booked 2 nights at villa dimitris. No problems plenty of rooms available. Upon arrival was taken to a room around the front and only later realised the nice lady had placed me in a room belonging to hotel next door. Hotel Vivi. So never actually got to stay at villa dimitris.

Review 46：From the minute I arrived, rula was always so friendly and welcoming. You can tell she really enjoys running her business and the hospitality you receive is incredible. The room was perfect. Very clean! I really love the location because it's a 2 min. Walk to perissa beach (which I think is the best beach on Santorini), right near the best restaurant (gyros), and the best bakery is down the street! Everything was perfect. I really enjoyed exploring the southern end of the island (yes there's more to Santorini then just oia). Rula you really contributed to my amazing time on Santorini, thank you!

Review 49：First of all the owner of villa dimitris is a very friendly and made us feel very comfortable roula gave us plenty of tips on where to eat and visit around Santorini,the position is perfect 5 minutes from the centrum of perissa by foot,fantastic service,plus they picked us up and dropped us off at the airport,Our room is with kitchen and all cookers we needed so we could cook our own food. Also the room was cleaned every day and the breakfast was delicious! A good reason to visit Santorini again is Villa Dimitris Rulla,Eirini Spiridoula and Marileta!!!

The total atmosphere is comfortable, like in a family. Great location- 5 minute on foot to the beach, all the restaurant near too.

Review 57：We didn't email in advance of our arrival to let them know our arrival time which was our fault. We waited for an hour in a nearby bar and it wasn't a problem, but make sure you let them know your arrival time in advance. If you let them know in advance when you are arriving they can pick you up from the airport/port. We were moved somewhere else on the first night as a result which ended up being ok. Wifi is only available in the reception area which again isn't a problem. Gives a chance to meet other guests.

I will surely recommend this hotel to anyone I will go back there without doubt. Plus, they will offer free transport for us to and from the airport and the port. I have never ever met such nice couples in a family-rum hotel. When the hostess (uh,I forgot her name)knew we are going to cook, she gave us everything we need for cooking, some home grown cucumber-speciality from Greece, and a melon to us as well!! I cannot recommend it more... And you might get a discount from a scooter renter as they are Dimitriou's friend. We really enjoyed our stay in Santorini. Hope to see you again.

Review 69：It's quite noisy if you are in one of the ground floor rooms, maybe ask for one higher up if you are a light sleeper. Our a/c leaked during the night a couple of times - it was fixed as soon as we said something the next morning though.

Review 70：Rula and Kostas are really friendly and welcoming. They give you lots of information about the area, where to hire cars or scooters. Rula will do your laundry for you for an additional charge of 9 euros per load - it comes back beautifully pressed and smells fresh. She will even sort your washing into separate loads. They provide extra beach towels if you need them. They even gave us some watermelons that had been grown by their son. Great place.
