Review 1：It was very close to a very busy main road so the traffic was noisy at times.

Review 2：The location was very good - within easy walking distance of the main centre, supermarket and lakeside.

Review 4：Thanks to Jovana the cleaner, the rooms are spotless, although they are a bit basic. Martina the office girl very pleasant and helpful. Great location, everything close by.

Review 7：The furnishings were old and tired. The pillows were rock hard. There was no comfortable lounge or armchair to sit on. A single bed with wooden edges was the only 'lounge' on which to rest. Small things, but it makes a difference to your enjoyment.

Review 12：The apartment was far better than we expected for the price. Very clean, spacious and we slept very well indeed. Loved the position - a short walk from town and Martina, the receptionist could not have been more helpful. The pool looked lovely although we didn't use it ourselves and we didn't cook so we can't comment on the facility but it certainly looked adequate. Good to be close to the Spar supermarket too. All in all we would recommend th Beatrix very highly to anyone wanting the freedom of an apartment.

Review 13：We were at the hotel in the end of April and payed there for our stay. However full amount of money is still reserved on credit card account. We asked the hotel to solve this situation, however the answer was that the reservation will be automatically cancelled after ONE month. So we are still waiting:) We travel quite often, however it is a first time we have so long reservation period after all money were payed. Just for information - towels are extra - 10 euros per person. There was no microwave oven in the kitchen.

Review 15：Residence Beatrix is in a great location, easy to stroll into town and great for the bus station for getting around the lake. The apartments are spacious and clean! Great value for money! Would stay again

Review 23：We had a disaster when we arrived, when the manager told us she had lost our booking. She was rude, accusatory and very unwelcoming about it. She told us she'd replace with a hotel in town, but it was not on the same standard. Also, the toilet reeked of urine (despite us trying to bleach it) and we had to trek ages to get to the rubbish bins.

Review 25：Uncomfortable double bed in main room. Small balcony with unscenic view(room no. 4) Could only fit 2 at a time so no eating with family alfresco. Basic kitchen facilities, difficult to prepare family meal. Poorair conditioning unit which you have to pay extra for at 7 euros perday. Very temperamental shower, difficult to regulate temperature.

Review 26：Good location, a 2 minute walk to lake, shops and restaurants. Nicepool with good number of free to use sun loungers. Car parking onsite a bonus.

Review 27：The location is otherwise good but the traffic on one of the passing streets is relatively loud. In the night it calms down but the pool area can be quite noisy, though we were still actually also able to relax. The rooms could have been dusted. Be sure to remember to bring your toilet paper, dishwashing liquid etc. Over all a good place if you are not looking for luxury but basic things.

Review 28：The location is great. Close to the town centre, promenade and to a supermarket. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was in principle clean but quite dusty. Each room seems to have a balcony and we had even a quite big terrace.

The Fine Print

On arrival you must collect your keys from 15:00 to 18:00 at Beatrix Residence's reception.Any arrivals after 18:00 must be arranged with the hotel and come at an additional cost.Heating/air conditioning is not included and must be requested in advance.You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site.Prior to departure you are expected to dispose of rubbish, wash your dishes and turn off the fridge.
