Review 1：Everything After making a booking and showing proof we were made to wait for almost an hr just because their agent hadn't sent them the conformation. The room had half a window overlooking a wall. Not one ray of sunlight. The room was damp, the food over priced. No pillow covers were provided and when asked to supply 4, they said we will have to look and find. Customer service is non existent, apart from the morning staff serving breakfast. Reception needs to be taught quite a few lesson on receiving and helping guests. Overall, a waste of a night and money. Horrible

Review 3：Plenty points: 1) higher official staffs behave like snobs, 2) dininghall is like canteen area, 3) food mostly not tasty still highly over-priced, 4) zero scenic view...so room tariff should be lower, 5) waterflows & sprinkles from bath area/ shower to whole toilet andhardly ventilation / exhaust fan...so toilet remains smelly afteruse & floor remains wet. 6) [this may be problem of that roadoverall] no parking space even for 15minutes.

Review 5：We stayed in central heritage as this was the only option , place was very badly maintained with basic facilities like hot water not available . Poorly maintained rooms , very shabby. Highly priced for the facility

Review 7：Wifi wasn't working all the time.. Most of the customers were unhappy about the same. One more thing is that when the customers ask for taxi to visit places, hotel staff usually suggest for big sum than the actual cost. When I enquired on my own , I was able to get good deals with same comfort and safety at much lower cost. Requesting hotel management to help customers rather putting a big sum before them

Review 9：the rooms are very old and wooden floors were damaged as it was risky that it can hurt legs and bathrooms was extremely bad with broken commode and smelling bad and it was disgusting better to stay in mayfair or elgin hotels as they are good and value for money.
