Review 1：The pool very deep, one morning in the restaurant the tables for breakfast not ready, I had to ask to clean it, the belt of my penuar was broken, the shower at the pool was broken

Review 3：It is shame that hotel don't speak much of English. And I think the hotel is three stars rather then four - due to various reasons - room equipment, lack of staff english, if there are a lot of quests or there is less or minimum of quests - you would notice in some services delivery

Review 4：The Hotel was nice and clean, very well located (just near by Balaton) with beautiful garden. The hotel staff very friendly and flexible to the requests - we ordered family room, however when we came, we realised that the family room doesn't have balcony, which is a bit shame if you have little one which sleeps and you can't on the balcony while he sleeps. So went to the reception and asked for the room change, which went well. Thanks!!!

Review 6：Everything! Simple (for a 4 star) hotel, but with everything you need for a holiday at Balaton: own beach with beds and towels, fantastic food, welness area. Family- and child-friendly hotel, lots of things to keep the kids busy. Want to return next year. Absolutely recommend the rooms with a view to the Balaton!
