Review 1：Not much, parking a bit of a chore with high demand for spaces.

Review 2：Staff friendly, short hop from town, beach lovely, pools great for children. On site restaurant adequate, catered for everyone but would go into the lovely close town for a traditional Tuscan dinner.

Review 3：Booking.com failed to communicate that I was traveling w two children and when I showed up hotel staff doubled the cost of my booking. Very difficult negation with staff on this point but it all worked, we got as great suite but it was a lot more expensive than the price reserved.

Review 6：Great big pool with heated water. A large area, great beach, sun beds at the pool and beach and beach towels are included in the room rate.

Review 7：- on the first night we stayed at Riva's room: no ocean view as advertised (it was nice anyway) and we didn't sleep, as we heard the bar stools moving around until 1am! Changed the room the next day and it was quiet.

Review 9：Woken up everyday at 8.30 am by the vacuum cleaners. When we asked at the reception if starting the house cleaning so soon was normal the answer was a cold "yes". Terrible service from a staff who looks down at you. The wireless code works with 1 device ONLY. We were given a cabana number on the beach that was already alocated. Finally, you have to wear a CAP in the pool ! LOL

Review 19：the Grosseto area is less attractive for day trips/sight seeing. there is hardly any night life in the area, and thus less attractive for teenagers and twenties.

Review 21：It was my wife's birthday. Room service brought up a nice card and some great little snacks while we were at the beach on the day we arrived. The pool and spa area was incredible and very luxurious . Located right on the beach which was a 2 minute walk from our room. We had planned on spending one night away from our trip to the wine country but we liked the place so much we decided to spend a couple.
