Review 1：There was only one thing that we didn't like radiator was making strange noises. They kept getting louder

Review 2：The service was outstanding. Good was excellent. Always asked if everything was ok if anything can be done. Definitely be back

Review 3：My business colleagues kept adjusting the heating in their rooms. I found it just fine. The corridor lights shone through the door jam at night which keeps me awake somewhat. They should have been switched to dim to conserve energy anyway.

Review 6：I was made very welcome. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My stay was made very comfortable. My room was bright and the tea/coffee making facilities were very welcome. Food was excellent.

Review 7：The carpets and blinds could have been clearing. Carpets had stains and blinds had flies/bugs. The counter-tops in the lobby and restaurant were sticky and may need a good cleaning.

Review 9：Wifi didn't work in bedroom or residents lounge. Toilet wasn't clean. No phone in bedroom to call reception. Lift not working. No light in stairs. Had to use emergency exit door to get my luggage from my car in the car park. Room was cold.

Review 11：The breakfast was very slack - very little left in the buffet and we were down for 9. We didn't see a waitress until we were almost finished and she then asked us did we want toast. When we got the toast it looked like it hadn't been toasted at all - very poor.

Review 12：On arrival, the lady at reception said that they made a mistake and had given my partner and I a twin room instead of a double. I was going to take the twin, but she said they would change it, it would take 15 minutes and while we waited we were treated to a free drink in the residents bar - very happy with this arrival! :)

Review 13：The fact that the wifi was very ,very unreliable. Also other guests kept us awake until 4.30 by playing music, talking and singing on sat night 8th August.

Review 16：Good location and a staff that were willing to help where they could however try as they did some came across as very incompetent and senior staff (managers etc.) seemed somewhat rude and arrogant.

Review 17：well the room was okay we had a double bed and a single bed in our room as we were a young couple staying for 2 nights and im from cahersiveen. But the Bedding was plain white like a hospital. we only got one pillow each and they were almost non existence so we used the single blanket as a pillow instead. the room didnt really have much of a design or any decor to make it look 3 stars. we only had 2 channels in room which were RTE 2 and TV3. And the tv was a tiny old box tv and for a 3 star hotel i would expect more. The Wifi was slower than my mobile hotspot. there was a stain on the carpet. there was pubic hair on and around the toilet and in the bed so it was very clean. the bedside lamps were very wobbly had could almost fall over. the coffee/tea making facilities in the room were good but the next day we didnt get any more coffee or sugar.

Review 19：You should provide a socket for an electric razor in the bathroom. Also I tried to switch in the TV but it did not respond. I wasn't too upset by this so I didn't bother to enquire as to what the problem was .

Review 20：My first night there was banging from the roof keeping me awake all night. It turned out to be roof shingles/gutter blown away during a storm and the remaining ones were loose. No sleep that night, no financial compensation for my lack of sleep, and no personal communication from the general manager. Also Wi-Fi did not work in my room even though it worked in the lounge.

Review 22：The full Irish needs to be improved upon. 1st morning stone cold buffet, 2nd morning served fresh with a full menu offered and excellent. 3rd morning buffet again and while not as cold as day 1 just was'nt up to scratch.

Review 23：Room was a bit small but adequate. Very clean, plenty of storage , and Wifi worked perfectly which is a big plus for me as had some work to do as well. Dinner was reasonably priced and very nice in the bar/restaurant in the evening.

Excellent location at edge of interesting market town. Scenic sites a stones throw away. Great bicycling country and Casey's bicycle rental is a 5 minute walk from the Hotel.

Review 30：Jacky, the head man of the hotel was excellent. He had every single detail covered. We had to leave before breakfast time ( as volunteers for the Ring of Kerry cycle) so Jacky arranged an early light breakfast for us and also had sandwiches ready for us to take with us.

Review 35：Young staff under pressure. Fiancé ordered a side of mushrooms with burger had it nearly eaten when mushrooms arrived. My plate was chipped, no side plate under veg so were falling into table when scooping them out and so serving spoon given, not good enough when 1 is a veggie and other isn't. Next morning had finished breakfast when toast arrived, only 1 girl serving and covering desk. No veggie selection such as yogurts croissants cheese. Not all veggies eat eggs! Tea and coffee cold, obvious hotel is set up to cater for yours only! Over priced and rated! Have worked in hotels for many years and reception should be manned separately to bar and restaurant. As check in was rushed as it was obvious girl was under pressure to get back into bar to serve a table!

Review 41：The manger messed up our booking and wasn't all that nice about getting it sorted despite admitting her mistake. She was far too distracted by her 3 kids crawling around the lobby and in a hurry to leave. We booked twin, were put in a double then put in a room with a pull out couch. Um...no. "But it's firm" she said. I will say they did sort it by giving us 2 rooms (one was w the fold out couch - it would've been like sleeping on a rock!). So in the end we got there, and as I said the folks in the bar were really lovely.

Review 44：Jackie O'Sullivan and his staff are wonderful. We were welcomed and looked after, including "take-away" bag lunches for our adventure days. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the Ring of Kerry hotel to travelers doing the Skellig experience.

Did not like carvery type breakfast on Sunday morning as there was only one member of staff to look after the clients, this member of staff was excellent and tried her best to accommodate all request. Also no air-con in bar and eating area, many diners complained but still no air-con switched on.

Review 53：Have stayed in this hotel a few times.It is well situated on the edge of Caherciveen for going off to various places on a day out. Staff are always helpful and the facilities are good. A reasonable walk or a short taxi ride takes you to the centre of town. It is also relatively quiet being on the edge of town.

I rang earlier in the day to ask that my room be warm as I was arriving late and the room was lovely and toasty. There was a super jacuzzi bath in the bathroom. I would recommend this hotel.
