Review 1：My bad experience started after I received the booking confirmation itself. I get a call from the hotel that they cannot confirm me a room because they have received a lot of booking. I was confused, I had booked as it showed me available in Bookings.com. After that they offered to give me a room in Central Gleneagles, one of their other hotel of their group. I didn't agree as I had liked the room which I booked in the Nirvana, so finally I got the booking confirmed after few mails and after I made an online transfer of the full payment. Then to my surprise the room given to me was not at all what I booked. It was a cramped room. The internet didn't work most of the time. You need to hire a porter to reach here or to leave this place if you have big and heavy luggage. I wanted to compare the price of the room given to me online, but on booking.com site it gave message that this hotel does not take any more booking from Booking.com Besides being disappointed with over all experience, the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Review 5：The hotel had an incorrect contact number updated on the website so could not get in touch with the hotel until we arrived and got the correct number from the staff. The hotel staff did not give a bill for our stay and informed that bookings.com would provide a receipt which I am yet to receive.

Review 6：Superb location the hotel is a one minute walk frm the mall rd. Very large spacious rooms with an excellent mountain facing view. Very warm and proactive staff.

Review 9：The restaurant only had a couple items available from the whole menu. They did not explain what was not available, everything we picked they replied not available. Even the bar menu, only two things were available on a selection a 3 whole pages. Also did not realize how far of walk it would be. it's down a hill from the shopping area, but you 1st have to walk up another big hill to even get to the shopping area. Towels were all stained, didn't have a shower curtain, so water went everywhere. No wash cloth either. Bed was not comfy, and the top cover was too heavy.

Review 22：I had booked more than a month in advance through booking.com and made onr nights prepayment when contacted by travel mystique. However, when I reached the hotel I was informed by the manager that they had not received any intimation of my booking. I was given a room for that night. A lot of confusion followed causing undue stress and inconvenience

It was a few meters away from Mall market and the view was simply awesome specially the food. I would defenately recommend Nirvana as the value for money.
