Review 1：We really much appreciated the warm welcome of Maria and her son assisted by Terry for the communication in english. If you have transportation issues taxi, car rental don't worry Terry will make arrangement for you, and finally you the pot of honey produce by Maria we received when leaving was really good. Two good restaurants reccomended by Maria 5mn walk from the studio A quiet place where you can rest, a wonderfull see view from the swimming pool.
Review 2：We laked very much our stay in Star Studios. The owners are very kind and careful for all visitors feel them like at home. The rooms and furniture is as new, all is clean and modern, wi-fi works in the rooms and near the swimmingpool too. Trapezaki is a very silent resort, with wild beaches, beautiful nature and mountains. For feel more comfortable we advise to rent a car, because way to the beach is not so close and easy.
Review 3：Don't use Google maps to try to find this place. You are likely to end up driving on horrible rocky roads. The location isn't amazing, not very close to the beach or any main towns. Fine for the price we paid, but I wouldn't stay again. The staff cornered us on our last night to pay in cash (they don't take cards) and we had to make an unplanned trip into the village to find an ATM. Would have preferred they asked us earlier.
Review 4：The pool area was gorgeous and well maintained. Nice view of the sea. The room was clean, but the staff only came once during our 5-day stay to change sheets. Kitchen had what you needed to make simple meals.
Review 5：My wife tells me the double bed was a bit firm...... Even with my nit pickiest head on (at this price point) it would be churlish to mention anything else.... No kids club?! Hoorah!
Review 6：There are four apartments and four studios. We had a spacious first floor one bedroomed apartment which far exceeded expectations. Separate shower room and toilet was useful. Free wifi. Very airy and comfortable. Its outstanding feature was the spacious full width balcony from where we could watch the kids in the pool whilst enjoying views across to Zante. The accommodation is immaculately clean and our towels and sheets were changed three times during out 14 night stay in August. The The owner Maria is a real sweetie and her gift of home-made marmalade was worth the trip on its own. The lovely garden is beautifully tended by her husband. Plenty of first class tavernas near by although only a couple in easy walking distance. To fully appreciate this location I would recommend a car as you can visit more than a dozen beaches within a 25 minute drive. Great value in high season and Cephalonia never becomes over heated or overcrowded at this time. It's only 15 minutes from the airport, the kids were in the pool less than an hour after stepping off the plane....Blissful!
