Review 1：WiFi signal was really poor during my whole stay, unfortunately I had to use it quite often. So for a business trip it was perhaps not the best location. This is the only negative point from my side.

Review 4：Excellent place to stay. We have stayed here over 5 times. Very close to train and bus station. Great wifi and the rooms are perfect. It's spotless clean and the host makes you very welcome.

Review 7：I stayed in a small, single room, which was very comfortable and clean. The location was great, only a few minutes from the train and bus stations, and a short walk to the town centre and river. Staff were very friendly, and made a delicious breakfast each morning.

Review 8：- Little bit tricky room lock but once you learn it, its ok. You have to turn the handle up, turn the key, then turn the handle up little bit more and then turn the key a little bit more.- in general the room is clean, except for some dust under the beds and sofa which was seen when pulled beds apart to make twin beds and when dropped a thing behind sofa, which previous guest also did and forgot it

Review 9：+ Close to center and tram/bus/train station+ family driven hotel with personal service, very helpful + large room with twin beds, sofa, tables, chairs, wardrobe, TV, fridge, safe, toilet + mosquito protection on windows + quiet room because the rooms are in inner yard away from the street + beds seem to be made of memory foam + well working Wifi + larger TV than in most hotels + quiet air condition with possibility to several settings with remote control + room is cleaned every day; beds are made, new towels and toilet paper + shower area is large and the shower has three settings + breakfast consist of several different bread, meat, cheese, vegetables, yogurt, fruits, juice, coffee and if you want something different you can ask for it

Review 12：This is not luxury place but it has eveerything I need. Free and very fast WiFi, clean room and comfortable room, parking, walking distance to center and staff (family owned) is very friendly. Price wise, the best money can buy. When I go to Osijek I will stay there again.

Review 15：I loved everything about the place. The owner has clearly taken a lot of time and effort to make each room cosy and inviting with attention to detail. There is a great atmosphere about the place and the owner and his wife was very friendly and helpful. I loved the flooring and the marble throughout. I really do want to go back and stay at Vienna apartments. Considering this was a last minute booking I did whilst on the train, I was very happy with the outcome.

Review 19：From the fish pond in the garden, with its calming ripple, to the spotless bathroom and fine wooden furniture, everything in this family-run hotel was handmade by the dedicated owners. The old apricot tree in the middle of the courtyard yields fruit for excellent brandy and lucky guests may have a sip.

Review 20：I must admit to all opinions here in the forum. The place is perfect - location is close to everything in Osijek. The stuff is more than friendly. The rooms are really cosy and makes you feel like in home. You can see that the owners puts a lot of attentions to details in the room and alll of that gives great impression. We ordered a breakfast which is 4 EURO and for sure it is worth the money to be spent. Food is good quality and diversed. From my side 10/10. If I am in Osijek again in the future I will for sure come back.

Review 25：1) The Staff The hotel is run by a lovely family. Judita, her husband and son speak little English but they can understand it well enough and do everything to accommodate you. They are extremely generous, kind and genuinely love to talk to guests. 2) The Room Since the hotel is roughly 2.5 years of age, the rooms are well done. They do not have the " modern " look but each apartment has a very homey, cosy and well coloured rooms with extremely clean beds and showers. It is very comfortable to stay at and it seems like you are staying in your own home. The rooms are rather large ( with a living room area, bathroom and beautiful windows ). Some rooms have terraces. 3) The Price For around $ 200 USD for 3 nights, you can get a lovely huge room ( with the living room ) and be completely happy. It is amazing! It truly is a gem of a hotel. 4) The Location The location is very close to the bus station. It is also 10 mins walk to the main areas ( city centre ) and historical sights. You can rent bicycles in the city of Osijek and explore the town that way.

The owners/managers have real pride in their accommodation and this reflects in the amazing refurbishment of this boutique hotel, it is outstanding! Would recommend for families or couples as it has quite a romantic and warm feel. The courtyard and fishpond provide a lovely relaxing outdoor area for all guests. Would definitely come back again. Review 49：Me and my familiy stayed here for tree nights and to be honest, accommodation was above many 4 star hotels. Starting with very comfortable beds, very clean room and bathroom. Excellent wifi connection, tipical and very good continental breakfast. This is a family bussines and people are more then friendly and kind. If we ever go back to Osijek, we will definitely stay here again. So I strongly recommend this place to everyone!

Review 50：We were surprised with the hotel from all aspects. The hospitality of owners and the staff, the quality of the bed, the shower and the great balcony. While centrally located, it was very quite and we felt real good.

The pillow was also the top of comfort. Caffee and cappuccino Nescafé provided. Many toiletries provided in the bathroom.

Rooms are new with good bathroom even though the room was a bit small for our family of 5 we didn't really spend much time in our room.

Review 69：The owner and his wife are a lovely couple who made me feel at home and very welcome. The property is very near, but far enough away from the bus station, so very convenient. Osijek is a fascinating place to stay and the owners made the trip so enjoyable.

Review 73：Quiet rooms away from the street outside, heated bathroom floor ! Kettle and cups available in room. 5 min walk from station and tram stop nearby for tram to city centre though only a 10-15 minute walk away. Beware the tram 2 from the centre goes way out into suburbs before coming back past the station and hotel, you have to cross the road and change to an inbound tram near where the tram goes under the railway.
