Review 1：No bad experiences.
Review 2：Within walking distance of the centre of Bathurst so can leave the car and walk to shops, restaurants, clubs and movie threatre. We mostly stay here when visiting Bathurst which is a couple of times a year. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.
Review 3：Room was clean, big enough for 2 adults & 3 kids to fit comfortably, beds were comfortable, staff were friendly & accommodating to late check in. Not luxury, but clean, comfortable & good value. I'd be happy to stay again or recommend to friends.
Review 4：There was an overpowering Airwick placed in the room, possibly to mask an odour !? The carpet in front of the doorway is very marked, looks ugly. The vehicle parking is very convenient but spaces dangerously close.

Review 8：The parking was deplorable! Two other people were parked in front of our room, management did nothing about this! We had to lug our bags about 100 metres or so. The people left 5:30 in the morning so the banging of the car doors and staring of engines woke us early and went on for 30 minutes or more! We are also still waiting for our milk from the office for the coffee. Management needs to lift its act!

Review 10：The best shower ever! The proximity to the town centre is excellent, and the Panthers Club is on the corner. The room was quite old but well maintained and very clean. The owner was very helpful and provided fresh milk for coffee. The weather was extremely cold but the modern air conditioner worked very well and provided a comfortable warmth. We were very pleased with our overnight stay.

Review 48：Very overpriced for what you got. $200/night was excessive considering a 5 star hotel up the road which friends were staying in was only $150/night including brekky. We bypassed this hotel as the reviews were not as good as the Country Lodge Hotel (After visiting the other hotel I can't understand why the reviews were only ok! ) The majority of the room was clean however there was quite a bit of mould in the bathroom. For a "superior" family room it was very disappointing. There are permanent residents at this hotel who were not exactly friendly to visitors.

No Privacy, it had a balcony the full length of room (with full length windows) which we had no access to but another room did.Windows did not open to give any air, not that it would helped as people using balcony were smoking. 2. Bathroom had full length window near stairs and when light was on in bathroom anybody in bathroom could be seen from stairs. Despite having frosted glass it had only a nylon curtain. Air Conditioner did not work efficiently Shower went from scalding to freezing every few minutes. Room allocated was at front of building and was extremely noisy with traffic and people leaving club (next door) until very late. If this was an upgrade hate to see downgrade.

The room was very clean, well presented and warm (zero temp outside in the morning). Generous sized breakfast and served at the time requested.Not much noise from passing traffic. Review 76：I booked a last minute special at $98-00, which included a continental breakfast, the condition of the room left a lot to be desired - the tap in the bathroom sink was loose, the tap in the shower was loose and the toilet was too close to the shower hob. Only one side of the electric blanket worked and the room was exceedingly cold when the oil heater was turned off when the office closed. The TV can only be watched comfortably when lying in bed, not able to be seen properly when sitting up.
