Review 1：The wifi, extra charge and not good in the room even though we paid.

Review 2：The view was wonderful, the staff very considerate, warm and helpful. Very family oriented. Very very kind.

Review 3：When we arrived at Sinclairs, the whole place was stinking with sewage taken out from the sewage cover on the front of the hotel. The whole approach to the hotel was muddy with sewage water. We had a broken spirit to start our vacation.

Review 9：i had booked a premier room with special request of getting a decent room with a view first room alloted was having a view of a rusted hut second room shown after spaeking was a bit better finally uponmy requesting again was alloted a room with partial view of rusted hut and partial view of town initially i was given to understand that the same room finally alloted to me was under maintenenace hence cant be given but on my saying that the room is good and no maitenance is needed they said it is booked for someone else which again i countered stating i have made booking early finally i was alloted the room as if doing a big favour

Went there with family and everyone came back with very pleasant memories, including our eight year old grandson who loved the snow clad Kanchenjunga mountains viewed from our room. The food was great and the staff very cordial and helpful, always enthusiastic and willing to help. Loved every minute of our stay there--would recommend the Sinclairs Hotel property to everyone visiting Darjeeling.

Review 17：The breakfast is included in the room rent and there is a big rush. Thefood is good but they are under staffed. Of course they try to serve allbut are stretched in their effort. This is to tell the management tohave that area better organised because I heard a lot of complaints fromthe guests but the existing staff are doing their best and this is notmeant to criticize them.The chef is very good.

Review 18：Very conveniently located. Has a great view if you stay on the top floorwith a mountain view. The staff and the manager Mr Roopam in particularis very interested in making your stay excellent. The front desk isquite efficient and so are the housekeeping staff.

Review 24：The steep badly potholed 100 metre entrance ramp is accessible to some 4WD vehicles but otherwise needs to accessed by foot. This can be a problem at night because it is dark and often wet.

We saw somebody was snooping us in our private moments that's disgusting I called the security and he also admits there is fare amount of Gap which is directly pointing towards our bed. The gap was made intensionally, I have made a complaint to sinclair group, I went their to spent some quality time with my wife this is what we got, I dont recommend this hotel to anyone even I will request booking.com to remove this hotel from their list bec. Staff was very helpful, except for one who sits at tge reception mostly during evenings till night. His attitude was almost opposite compared to the other staff. He should be trained ( incidently the corporate trainer was also present during our stay) in hospitality basics.
