Review 1：Nothing. Villa Spyros did not disappoint!

Review 2：Sofia was very gracious in providing a nice carafe of wine after a rather harrowing arrival to Perissa. Basically my taxi was a no-show at the port so I took the bus. Sofia provided point by point instructions on how to transfer to the correct bus in Fira. It was a long commute but I learned a lot about the local bus system which served me well for the rest of my stay in Perissa. Also, Sophia was so sweet to pick me up from the bus station upon my arrival. Niko also was a real treasure! He provided very valuable information about some of the nearby beaches and attractions. He also helped me a lot to navigate the bus system as well as improve my use of the Greek language. Also, he was an EXCELLENT conversationalist!

Review 4：Great staff, only a few minutes walk from the beach, really clean place to stay! Organized a taxi for us back to the port when we departed & helped us find laundry facilities in Perissa. Decent prices (especially for Santorini & the time of year we visited).

Review 7：Noise from the bars in the area after midnight. Bad wifi, no parking, Hard double bed, basic kitchen facilities. In my opinion overpriced for the benefits it offers.

Review 9：The WiFi was sometimes not working and the power and water was out for a while (in the whole town, so not the fault of villa spyros). Tap water is too salty to drink but that's the case for the whole island.

Review 10：Price quality an extremely good deal. Perissa also seemed like a good location to me. You can take busses or rent an AVT/scooter to visit the rest of the island. Very friendly staff that are there to answer all your questions and help you when possible. Room had a nice size with small private kitchenette and a fridge. Also a small personal terrace if you want to sit outside. Next door there is a restaurant that made in my opinion great Greek food (or other food) at a very reasonable price. Be sure to try the homemade kataifi Greek desert if you like sweet.

Review 13：Sophie and Nick are fantastic hosts. so kind, friendly and helpful. the hotel is so close to the black beach. rooms were extremely clean and quirky. nothing too fancy but ideal for a few days. would recommend this villas to anybody.

Review 14：Room size ok for 4 with a little refrigerator and kitchenette. Close to the beach and the restaurant and the 2 minutes walk just help to make sure it is a quiet place. Few minutes from a bakery. Bus stop at the end of the street.

Review 16：We arrived pretty late at about 8pm and was welcomed by Nikos. He was very friendly and gave us lots of informations about the island. There are lots of restaurants nearby and it's only a 5 minutes walk to the black beach. There are also lots of car rental agencies nearby on the Main Street (less than 5 minutes) and a bus station too. Fira takes about a 15 minutes drive and Oia about 20 minutes. The bed was very comfortable. They also have a rack to dry your clothes at the balcony. The hosts were also very accommodating when we needed to use their phone to call. They also allowed us to check-out late, which was very nice! There's also a good restaurant next door called "Mama's kitchen" that sells good carbonara!

Review 18：Villa Spyros is in a good location in Perissa. It is in a short walking distance to the beach (black sand, very clear water) of Perissa, where some nice restaurants are located as well. The bus stop is very close. There is a local bus to Fira where you can for example change busses to Oia. The owners are very welcomming and always help where they can. For example they called a taxi for us. I would definitely commend Villa Spyros when staying in Perissa.

Review 22：Excellent. If i could give a score it would be 10+. The location is perfect, everything is close.The villa is located 50 meters from the beach, restaurants,market and bus stop. The atmosphere in the villa is pleasant and lovely, and all because off Sofia and Niko. They were very kind and always ready to help. The room was spacious and it was cleaned every day. We had a memorable and lovely vacation. I highly recommend this villa to everyone. Don't hesitate to book. :)

Review 23：On a general note, the apartment needs certain renovation and, probably, rethinking. Hope future visitors will find the place in a better shape as there can be no doubt owners have the best intentions but just need more experience.

Review 24：Conveniently located in a quiet street just off the main road of Perissa, with a local food store only 100m away and a relaxed 5-minutes walk from the beach, arguably the best on the island. All staff, starting with the owner, charming Sofia, were very friendly and helpful, and did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Daily(!) room service was impeccable. On a net basis, considering overall Santorini price levels, this was an excellent value-for-money option.

Review 38：Was extremely impressed with both the room/amenities and the extraordinary hospitality of the owner. Located in Perissa, two busses (€3,80) from Oia (which is where the famous pictures of Santorini are from) and much more reasonable in terms of food and lodging, as well as gorgeous in its own right. Sofia (the owner) was a model of hospitality, and even gave us a little gift when we left. Our room was always well attended to and we wanted for nothing in terms of amenities and cleanliness. If you're looking for nice, simple but well appointed vacation room/studio, you will hard pressed to do better.

Review 40：We had travelled to Santorini for a family wedding and the week webooked just wasn't long enough. When looking to extend, Booking.comcame up with Villa Spyros as being close to us in Perissa and sotransferring our luggage there for an extra six days seemed easiest.My family was made to feel extremely welcome from the very start of our stay and that feeling didn't end until we were safely in the taxi to the airport. Sofia was an absolute star and nothing was too much trouble for her, she was able to accomodate all of our requests, helped organise the taxi, wanted to help carry our bags etc. etc. Sofia's mother delivered homemade cake to our rooms on more than one occasion and all the other staff were very friendly and helpful. It was almost like staying with family without the bad bits. The location is only about 5 minutes walk from the beach and the road brings you very close to the watersports centre and many of the restaurants. It's also only a 5 minute walk to the newly refurbished water park which was fantastic for the younger kids (probably won't keep the teenagers too excited for more than a day). The main road through Perissa was also only a couple of minutes away and once on that road you've got areasonable sized supermarket and several smaller shops within easy walking distance along with an ATM, a 24 hour bakers, more restaurants and various other holiday related shops. All in all, a nice central location on a quiet road. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Villa Spyros for couples or small families. We had a double bed plus a double sofa bed configuration which wasn't perfect for our family of four but was easily manageable. I'm not sure if Sofia has any other configurations available in the other maisonettes if like us two singles would suit a little better. We fully intend to stay there again in a year or two when we head back to Santorini next time and already looking forward to it!
