Review 1：have to wait long at the lobby for check in 4 rooms. we have to wait 2 hours at pekanbaru airport for hotel's van even tho the airport transfer has been requested earlier.

Review 3：Hotel charged credit card more than booking.com agreed value on registration at rp 2,500,000. This was confirmed by citibank thru sms. But when checked out the charge was amended to agreed price of rp 1,800,000 but this was not confirmed by citibank thru sms.

Review 5：Breakfast very basic, there was enough. The breakfast staff were trying to extract toast from a broken toaster with tongs; a very unsafe and dangerous practise - risk of electric shock. They were corrected and I hope the toaster gets replaced quickly.

Review 6：Good size rooms, clean, safe and secure - excellent staff. Evenings jazz entertainment was excellent, however the country and western was a fail. Never the less live entertainment was good overall.

Review 9：The prices of the food at the restaurant were quite expensive. The staff were quite lax on the non-smoking policies. I was assigned to a non-smoking floor but I saw a few guests smoking along the corridor. I hope the hotel staff can enforce their non-smoking policies further.
