Review 1：Beautiful and comfortable hotel very close to the beach. The owners are great people, very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place and would definitely stay again here.

Review 2：We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Stelios place. The building was so beautiful with great views to the mountains and our room squeaky clean with a lovely balcony and comfy beds. We stayed in a triple room cause no double rooms were available. Can highly recommend it for couples, friends or families. We agree with what everybody has written about the hosting family. You couldn't get a warmer welcome anywhere! That's what made our stay so special. Would love to return someday.

Review 4：Stelios and his family were most welcoming and attentive. Stelios provided transportation to and from the port. Katerina provided maps and information about Santorini as I wanted to explore the island by local bus. Eva answered questions, made custom breakfasts and was a gracious host treating me to wine and cappuccino. The location was close to beach and had a lovely pool and loungers. Many fabulous restaurants ( great pasta at Sirocco and amazing seafood at Cyclades ). There's also a wonderful 24 hr bakery- try the galaktobouriko ( custard pie ). Prices at restaurants,shops and at hotel very reasonable considering the island is geared towards tourists. A great pasta dinner for 6 euros and beer for 3 euros for example. Easy to get to capital by local bus, the owners can give you maps and timetables. Also try a boat tour- several good ones. I went on the day tour with visit to bo volcano, hot springs swim, and lunch in Thirassia. Thank you again to Stelios and beautiful family for helping to make my trip a memorable one. Review 5：A super friendly hotel run by a family who care about customer service. Our tariff included free transfers to and from the port, free beach towels and a lovely room overlooking the pool. The hotel is small and has a very relaxed, friendly vibe. It's a one minute walk to Perissa beach and restaurants.

Review 13：We were in room #1. The shower was a bit uncomfortable because ours had a slanted ceiling. We had to duck a little while showering (we're both tall people) so that wasn't fun. The texture of the towels was really rough. The wifi was weak at times.

Review 14：A very friendly and welcoming staff (Stelios' family). The location is 5 mins walking distance to the Black Beach. The pool is amazing! Very clean overall! Free transfers to and from the airport or port. We had a nice little terrace facing the pool and were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a basket of fruit to enjoy during our stay. We would definitely come back and stay here!!

Review 16：Everything was as it was presented. Stelios waited for us at the airport. When we entered the room there was flowers everywhere on the bed and floor, wich was very nice. On the bed was also a gift basket with a glass of wine and some sweets. The place is very close to the beach and main objectives in Perissa. They were very thoughtful. At the breakfast they gave us every time some cakes and extra coffee for free. Nice room, not so big but clean, every thing works fine, is a nice kitchen. The personnel give you any information that you need. I strongly recomend it.

Review 18：I'm always a bit suspicious prior to visiting hotels and hostels even when they have good reviews online, as I have stayed in places with a lot of praise that weren't quite up to scratch. Stelios Place however was perfect. We are so pleased we chose to stay there as throughout the week the family went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our room was lovely - very quiet, clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was also really nice. I noticed some people online criticising the size of the pool compared to the pictures, but I honestly don't know what they're talking about or were expecting, it's a perfectly good size and there are lots of sun beds around for guests to use. I strongly urge anyone visiting Santorini to stay here, especially because none of the other hotels looked as good as ours. Absolutely perfect!

Review 25：Stelios Place was a great hotel in a great location on Santorini Island. Stelio himself picks you up from the airport and brings you to his beautiful hotel (at no extra cost if you stay 3 nights or more). His family runs the facility, and they are very customer service oriented. The facility is a one-minute walk from both the black sand beach and the bus stop (bus service around the island was very easy to navigate). The restaurants that surround the hotel were outstanding as well.

Review 26：Wow! That's all I can say! Stelio's Place went above and beyondall of my expectations! I stayed here in June 2015 with my brother afterwe had been backpacking much of Eastern Europe. After arriving at 11pm,Stelio's was there waiting in arrivals to drive us back to thehotel. At this point my luggage was missing and he even waited for me tolodge a report and helped me go to the designated area! The followingday, Stelio's and his family served us an incredible breakfast(Greek yogurt with honey and muesli is a must!) and were friendly abouteverything! Nothing was a hassle- they love to help. It's locatedabout a 30min bus or motorbike ride from Fira and the bus stop iscrazily close. It has some excellent restaurants around it (Cyclades hasamazing service) and is a 100m to the beach. It was nice to get awayfrom the craziness of Oia and Fira at the end of a busy day. Each day wewould come home to freshly made beds, fresh towels and our bathroom wascleaned daily! I would highly recommend this place to anyone heading toSantorini! You will not be disappointed!

Review 42：Stelios and his family are just the best people you could hope to meet anywhere. They took great care of me while I was there. Not a single request went unanswered or unattended. The pool is fantastic, the drinks and food were excellent and fresh. All of the other guests were a pleasure to meet, and the ride to the airport was deeply appreciated. The wifi worked unfailingly, my room was cleaned well daily and the view was lovely. Stelios is such a convenient distance from the beach and all kinds of great food, bars and shopping. I stayed in Fira my first week and was more than happy to come and relax down on the beach with this wonderful place to call home. I can't wait to come back and stay again!

Review 43：I didn't like there was no microwave-oven, but it was my personal need, I didn't notice any guests using the kitchen facilities at all. Guests around and from restaurants make a good bit of noise, and one can sleep at night only with the doors shut and airconditioner on.

Review 44：The location of the hotel is perfect: near the sea. The beach is very good - nice volcanic black sand, you may even not use the offered chargeable sunloungers. A Coop supermarket is 10 min walk, a big Carrefour supermarket is 30 min walk from the hotel. You may travel to the big towns of Santorini (Fira, Oia) by bus from a nearest bus-stop. Near the hotel there is a car-rent service. We used the offered kitchen for cooking, plus there is a pathway full of restaurants along the seaside. There is a good swimming pool in the yard. The hosts of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They offer a free pick-up from / to hotel, which is very convenient.

Review 45：The lack of breakfast as part of the room rate, but my experience with other places in the islands have showed its not very common to have breakfast included.

Review 46：Stelios is localized in the beautiful Perissa beach, the staff is absolutely great and helpful at all times, with free shuttle from/to the port. The rooms have a good size and are comfortable, would definetely stay there again.

Review 49：The hotel was excellent. The service was great, Stelios came to pick us up from the airport (at 2am!) and all the other family members were very nice and helpful also. The location of the hotel is perfect, veeery near to the beach and nice restaurants but still quiet. We preferred Perissa over Kamari, since it is smaller and still has many good restaurants and bars. We think it is also cheaper than Kamari.
