Review 1：No hot water for shower but they provide it in buckets, which was fine for us. Just a minor aspect since you will be looking toward a cold shower anyway when temperatures are 30°C. Clean enough for India but can be improved.

Review 2：Staff was friendly and helpfull. The garden is pretty and relaxing. Cottages are small but cozy. Sheets are clean.

Review 3：The place is a gem - very well situated, a great garden and fantastic sea view, charming huts and comfortable spacious rooms in a main building. We used the roof to do yoga in the morning. People there are very welcoming and helpful, and prices are reasonable.

Review 6：If you are the kind of person who don't want to spend too much on stay, this is the perfect place. It is unbelievably cheap, has an awesome sea view and is perfect for the kind of wanderers and nature lovers who are looking for just-give-me-a-place-to-take-a-nap. The staffs are very friendly and very helpful.If you are looking for spa, restaurant,dance, booze, ac rooms, luxury then this is not your type.

Review 7：I booked a room in the guest house but there had been power cut before I arrived so I got a free upgrade to a hut. The hut was clean and the grounds were peaceful at the far end of north cliff and slightly back from the path. The staff were friendly.

Review 9：Perfect place to relax, close to the restaurants and shop but not in the chaos of the street. Watch the sunset from the hammock in the garden was my highlight of the day. Lal e Mr Kumar are wonderful people.

Review 11：Great location on the top of the cliff. Easy access to all the restaurants and shops. Short walk to the beach. The room on the first floor in the building looked quite nice. Great value for this price. The staff was welcoming and arranged a prepaid taxi to Trivandrum Airport for reasonable price.

Was misunderstandible in the booking offer: picture shows bamboo cottages instead we got a small flat but the staff was very flexible and offered us to move to a cottage next day for same price. Little bit noisy: motorbikes are coming and going as these are parking around.

Just sit on the porch or the lawn outside your cottage and take in the sound of rolling waves thrashing into the rocks below the North Cliff not more than 20 feet from you. Walk just outside the premises into one of the most beautiful sunsets I've been blessed to see. Walk a few more steps and have a great meal at Trattorias. Highly recommend the cottages with a "sea view". The greatest place to just lay back and let the Earth turn around on its axis. And I'm coming back here for sure...

Review 27：At 600 rupees a night the value for money isn't bad, but with so many budget options available we did end up moving after 2 nights.

Review 28：The manager was friendly and organised a scooter rental for us. It's also one of the few resorts in town with wifi in the rooms.

Review 30：I really liked the garden, where you could just sit and read and see the ocean as well as being in a green environment under palm trees. The other accommodations around are not half as cozy as this and this one has the best garden. The staff was very nice and helpful and the huts very cozy. You can also get your washing done there.

In my opinion he makes "Bamboo Huts". If Lal's boss reads this review, this man deserves a pay rise, he is an asset to your business. The huts are excellent value for money

Review 61：They can definitely work more on facilities.. We had to ask for everything, right from the soap to the bed sheets. They don't have hot water which i think is necessary. Another thing they lack is the transparency.I booked a room from booking.com..it was no where mentioned if it was a normal concrete accommodation or a bamboo hut. After reaching there, they said as concrete is fully occupied, we would arrange the bamboo hut for you and price will be adjusted. BUT on the check out day, they asked for more than what I had seen while booking and said the price you saw was not for the bamboo huts which was shocking.. The owner is not very well versed in English so it is little difficult to clear things.

Review 62：The best part of this place is the location.. right at the cliff near to both the main beaches with restaurants around. Bamboo huts were a different experience and it is value for money. The owner is a friendly guy.. They even provided a bike to roam around..
