Review 1：Niggles - bathroom shelf fell off, needed a duvet rather than single sheets and blankets on a double bed.
Review 2：Comfortable bed, air con, wifi, kitchenette, lovely pool, pool bar, friendly proprietor. Sea view over waste land and all the beach bars half a mile away.

Review 4：Wonderful place, it maybe classed as budget but we couldn't fault it. Simple but spotlessly clean accommodation, lovely pool right outside our apartment. Just out of the main resort so quiet but easy to walk to the seafront and restaurants. Marina, our host and her husband were very helpful and friendly, Marina kindly waiting up for us when our plane was badly delayed. We would have no hesitation in going back here.
Review 5：As such we didnt have any bad experience. But if you want to have a more crowded place,this hotel is not for you. Also you ahould remember that this hotel is an economical one and the facilities like kitchen, tv are not up to the mark. But it is more than worth for the money that you pay
Review 6：The always smiling staffs were ready anytime to help us and they were too good. The location of the hotel was in a nice place very calm and least crowded.with the view to hill of the old fira and walkable distance to the perisha beach, it added more value. You also have 24 hours bakery, atms super markets bike rentals bus stop very near by which made our stay even more comfortable. As we travelled with our baby they also took care about her. In short we were totally excited for that stay and we would defenitely recommend anyone to stay there

Review 8：The little balcony at which you can enjoy a breakfast with delicious breads from the bakery around the corner. The pool is nice and clean. The owner is a perfect hostess with helpfull tips for a nice stay in perissa.

Review 21：Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, bakery, gyros, atv rental, bus, anything you might need in Santorini. I enjoyed staying in Perissa because we could go in and out of Fira/Oia at our leisure and get out when it was too crowded with tourists, but if you have a short trip might want to stay in those areas. Great hosts, hope to return some day!
Review 22：The people are very welcoming and they will help you with everything you need to know when exploring Santorini. We rented a studio which had a small balcony where its nice to have breakfast (there is a 24/7 bakery just around the corner where they have nice fresh bread. There is a small bar next to the pool where there is 24/7 someone to help you whenever you need something. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The stay was defenitily worth our money! Next to the resort there are 2 car rentals available where there are quads, scooters and cars available as well.

Review 29：The double room is a little small. The bathroom is a little simple. The door and window cann't be closed tightly enough for preventing big wind at night.
Review 30：If your budget is limitted, this pension is the best choice at Perissa. Close to bus stop, BIG supermarket and main street, 200 m from the beach. These are good news when you have heavy baggages or plan to cook meals by yourself or sleep quietly. The owner is very nice. You can get what you need and pay nothing for what you not need here.

Review 33：Villa Valvis is in an excellent location just five minutes from the beach, plentiful taverna's and the supermarket and excellent bakery. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. It was one of the best holidays I've ever had. I can't fault anything.
Review 34：We had an issue with the shower in our room. The water drained down the shower drain, but came back up the drain in the middle of the floor in the bathroom, flooding the bathroom. This happened several times and got worse each time, to the point we just gave up showering, as it would leak out of the bathroom onto the rest of the floor. The Wi-Fi signal was not the greatest, but that's being quite picky. The walk to the beach is maybe five minutes, which isn't that long, although there are nice places to stay that are even closer to the beach. Although you are close to the beach, the Black Beach at this specific location is not the nicest beach. The water is quite rocky, so you have to swim out to be able to swim without hitting rocks.
Review 35：The couple (especially the wife) who owned the hotel were very nice. She gave lots of helpful advice of places to eat, things to see and do, even prices and what was normal. It was located close to the main street where there are lots of restaurants, stores, and quad rental places. The hotel has a pool, which was great during the hot days. The hotel has a bar near the pool where you can order drinks. The room was large enough for the three of us traveling together (two of us shared a bed). There was also a kitchenette with two hot plates, kettle, mini fridge, sink, dishes. I enjoy staying in Perissa (Black Beach) as it's not filled with as many tourists as Oia or Fira.

Review 39：Marina and her partner are the nicest people I have ever met running accomodation. Clean, blue, lovely pool. 5min walk to a great beach. 1min walk to bus stop. Stay out in Perissa and just bus or Quaf bike to Fira and Oia when you need to. 2 quaf bike rental places 1 min walk away. Supermarket and bakery 2 min walk away. So many amazing beach side restaurants and bars 5 min walk away. Cannot reccomend this place enough

Review 45：The hotel's owners were so welcoming and made us feel comfortable and pleased living there. I lost my iPhone charge in the last hotel. The house lady quickly help me solve the problem, so I can get it back in the same day. The hotel is quite near the beach, so we can walk to there. I am quite enjoyed the black beach there! I regret why I didn't stay there longer.

The only criticism is finding the hotel once arriving in Parissa as it seams none of the Hotels have proper addresses..My advise is to look at the pictue of the hotel on the website-find the waterpark, then look around and you will spot it..well worth the hunt.

Review 78：Villa Valis is in a great location, it's peaceful, very relaxing and spotless. The owners Marina and Michilas are very friendly and helpful, they made us feel very welcome during our stay. The rooms are spacious and are cleaned everyday with linen and towels changed daily. We loved Santorini and Villa Valis so much we are returning next year and can't wait to back. There are plenty of bars and restaurants about 5 minutes walk away as is the lovely sandy beach. If you have always dreamt of going to Santorini then book Villa Valis you will not be disappointed.
Review 79：We booked a standard room & thought there was a kitchenette, however there was just a fridge- no cooker ring, however when we asked for a kettle, one was provided with no fuss or charge- fab. Only one room had a safe.

The rooms are simple but immaculately clean and the pool is lovely. The location is great, 5 min walk to the beach, near some good bars/ restaurants but up a little road away from any noise. I would recommend this to anyone wanting good value accommodation in Santorini.

Review 88：We had an amazing stay at Villa Valvis. Marina was so welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was comfortable, and always so clean! I can't say enough about the location, either. The beach is literally minutes away and there is a grocery store and 24 hour bakery so close by. Plus, there is a fridge in the room, so having access to these stores was even better. I could go on, but suffice it to say that we would stay here again in a heartbeat.
