Review 1：It is difficult to know where to start... All in all a terribleexperience...:- Very old premises including rooms - Dangerous and very old swimming pool with broken stairs - Horrible daily food (in 3 days, 3 members of my family were sick... coincidence ?) - Very amateur in all management aspects (solving issues, services, etc) - Poor bar services (no oranges for fresh juices ?? simple cocktails not done well... ) - Unnable to help us in whatever matter (changing ferry tickets, providing beds for children, providing a safe for our valuables) - etc Would not recommend to my enemy....

Review 3：Internet connection non existent... staff incompetent and unprofessional... breakfast is not fresh... everything seemed to come out of a can and served... the bed was the most uncomfortable thing ever... felt all the metal springs dig into our backs...

Review 4：The only good thing about this hotel is the view... but that was clearly not good enough to make our stay enjoyable... needless to say that we cut our stay short in this hotel because absolutely nothing was worth the price we were paying to stay there... we were supposed to stay there 6 nights instead ended up checking out and urgently finding a better hotel after our first night there...

Review 9：I had visited this hotel with my family 17 years ago when I had 3 little children. It was great then. Believe me they haven't changed anything since then, not even a single piece of furniture,a chair or a bed! On top they have converted this once beautiful bungalow style hotel to an all-inclusive type with minimum service. Surely not deserving its decadent condition, nor the price you need to pay in high season.

Review 10：1. We booked a two bedroom bungalow described as a villa and were provided a two room appartment at the same price, located far from the main area and on the third level with about 50 steps to climb. Hardly convenient with 2 kids. 2. The rooms are in serious need of renovation. The bathrooms old with rusty fixtures, sink and toilet blockage. The air conditioning effective but old and very noisy. 3. Breakfast was absolute pandamonium. After the first morning we did not attend breakfast again. 4. Wifi was terrible. Poor connection, rediculously low speed and continuously failing. It was in essence non existent for most if the time. 5. The grounds were poorly maintained. 6. The waterpark which we were lead to believe was part of the complex was in fact adjoining and under an agreement was free to full boarders and half proce to other guests. This was not how it was advertised. Again the slides were old and run down. 7. Parts of the hotel were not open. The gym was in tiral decay as were a couple of tennis courts. 8. Overall this hotel is run down and under no circumstances can be considered to be a 4 star hotel. It was an absolute dissappointment and poor value for money. We felt cheated. 8. It is such a shame. This must have been a beautiful hotel when it was first built and has been left to decay.

Review 11：Flies all over food! No covers on food! Maid was storing bread for re use in big black GARBAGE BAGS!!! They served the same bread from the GARBAGE BAGS the next day!!
