Review 1：No replenishing of basic requirements -toilet paper and fresh towels daily would have been better. One of the older resorts but well kept

Review 3：The radio turned on over the main speakers during the day. The volume was loud (ish) & would make it difficult to have an afternoon nap.

Review 8：Close to everything we wanted. Just walking distance to the beach, playground, cafes and restaurants and even the supermarket is just a pleasant stroll away. The apartments were clean and roomy and supplied everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
Review 9：Room needed a dam good clean, the electrical switches were dirty. All the corners in the bathroom hadn't been washed for a long time! Toilet brush and container should have been thrown out, but if we had done it we would have been charged for a new one! Kitchen utensils poor. Sparse décor.

Review 11：Traffic noise early morning. The kitchen facilities were good however some parts looked a bit old, worn out but you could still use. Some of us found the beds not overly comfortable.
Review 12：View of ocean was great, enough room for 5 adults to use in the living space & staff were helpful with having an extra person to our room. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Overall my friends and I loved this place, the location was great, close to shops & beach & we plan to come back here again soon :)
Review 13：The stairs, I have difficulty with stairs, but in all fairness that was my error as I didn't think to ask about accessibility. There may be a ground level option, which I'll be asking about next time I book.
Review 14：Spacious apartment. Fully equipt kitchen. Lovely, clean and comfortable decor. Great location. Sandy and Brett where so lovely and accomodating...I'd definitely stay there again.
Review 15：Only thing I would mention is make sure you get a room on the lower level as the stairs can be a pain.

Review 17：No airconditioner in the bedroom. The room was upstairs and you got the breeze and there was a fan, but it was very, so that was very humid I was there so it was a little bit uncomfortable trying to get to sleep.

Review 19：It was very noisy as our unit was situated next to a Pub. Our 3 month old baby was crying all the time as we could not get him to sleep. The music was playing both Friday night and Saturday night until early morning. It was disappointing as everything else was very pleasant.
Review 20：I am informed that this is an issue caused by booking.com rather than the hotel itself. We had specifically booked a room with two beds as I was travelling with my mother. When we turned up, there was only one bed. It was a very disappointing outcome and the hotel had no solutions except to give us a horrible cot bed. It is appalling to know that you book and pay for two beds and if the hotel doesn't read its notes properly, the guest suffers. While the hotel was sympathetic, the situation was very, very disapppointing and we won't be back. The facilities were fairly dated and certainly didn't make up for such poor delivery on our booking.

Review 22：90 Stairs to the unit from the carpark, we are in our 70's and my husband found it difficult each time we went up to the unit. I think they need to ask people their ages and place them appropriately.

Review 90：We booked a one bedroom apartment and got upgraded to a 2 bedroom town house. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed and was nice and quiet. The location was great as on a side street so away from the road noise but right next to the beach. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and great food. The staff were very friendly and let us keep the room a little longer after check out to store our luggage as we wanted to spend as much time on the beach as we could.
Review 91：Some verandah doors wouldn't close properly and there could be aircon in bedrooms downstairs but the fans were helpful.
Review 92：We had 3 townhouse units all with babies/toddlers and side by side. No noise penetrated the walls. Very quiet and basically comfortable. Baby monitors reached all 3 units. One unit done up nicely but overall all fine - suited our situation perfectly. Child proof gates at top of stairs invaluable. Sandy and Brett were fabulous. Position - loved it.

Review 94：We loved being right in the heart of the action and so close to the beach. We had 3 flights of stairs to walk up which kept us very fit. Even though it was peak time there was no problem with noise. Brett and Sandy very friendly and helpful (and great fun too )
