Review 1：The kitchen is a bit mess and there is no table or chair in the shower room that we could put our stuff on it while taking shower.

Review 8：Horrible place and very unfriendly staff. They offer breakfast in a voucher in the room and When I asked for it they told me that it was not offered. I phoned the manager to complain and he hang down the call while I was talking to him! I asked for complaint sheets and they refused to provide me them....appart from that, the wifi connection was very poor, the room had a strange smell and one pf the heaters did not work. Also there are no sockets in the room for the gadgets. Extremely expensive for what they offer, which is nothing, in Borgarmes, a third class town north of Reikjavik.

The staff who dealt with us were always efficient and courteous.

Review 31：My second visit here and it is a great place to base yourself for trips into Snaefellsness and also to be in easy reach of Reykjavik. When the weather is bad it is good to be in easy reach of civilisation and there is a warm welcome.

Review 37：Staff is very polite and kind, specially the guy from Palestine working at reception. Free coffee or tea was offered when checking in what was quite helpful because outside was really cold and raining.
Review 38：Didn't sleep too well, part of it because of noise from the water pipes to the bathroom, but the main reason being that it was impossible to close the window. That meant a cold night, and a dripping noise from the roof (it was raining). I don't expect a lot from such a cheap accommodation, but I do expect that the windows are in working order.
